@bt_uk absolutely feel let down by BT. Sent my 75 year old Mum deferent equipment, failed to install and left her panicking with delays. No where to complain as no one answers.

@bt_uk After continuous low speed and I’m stuck in the last six months various problems with the line I’ve been in the property change years doesn’t matter what provider are you have, the same things happen the splitter need to replace be replaced every year the hub usually

@bt_uk Hello, my mobile was due to be delivered today, and my service switched to yourselves. But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk Every six months regardless of provider, the engineer is supposed to come round this morning put a card through the door didn’t even ring the bell. I’m hoping by messaging you that you can help me get these problems resolved.

@bt_uk @EE Absolutely terrible service. Can’t get BT hooked up to the end of March, keeps getting pushed back and the mini hub that was sent keeps cutting out and is so slow. 77 hours for a 1GB update? Absolute joke.

@btbusinesscare My business has been seriously impacted by the phone line that BT decided to move from an office to halfway down a corridor on the ceiling. This wasn’t even the phone line they were supposed to be working on. My staff have to climb a ladder to take orders over the phone.

Why is @bt_uk so poor? Select NCIS as new series starts on Friday at 9pm and if you select 'series' it gives you all the NCIS transmissions and fails to list in program info which series and episode it is recording. #bttv guide is run by people who don't understand TV.

1/2 @BTCare my broadband service is worse than dial-up - at least dial-up only disconnected every 2 hours not 20 minutes. Why do you keep breaking promises. Reported a fault last Monday was promised it would be fixed by Thursday. Still not fixed and no updates provided

@bt_uk Done this. It’s gone down for the seventh time now in 48 hours. I keep getting messages saying the problem has been sorted and not even an hour/hour and a half later it’s down again for a long period of time.
