I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

The bill was being paid. Your call handler (helpful Tom) had wrong information on his screen. Disappointed but not surprised.

However social media, apps and browsers struggle to stay connected and often show "no internet connection." Not a problem on Android devices. @bt_uk @Apple
