Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
