Generally quick to moan at poor customer service so for a change a positive post about @bt_uk. Called earlier to look at changing tariffs due to increased prices. Lloyd was helpful, cheerful and upgraded me, saving me money as well. #GoodSkliis.

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk Hello, my mobile was due to be delivered today, and my service switched to yourselves. But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

wonder if @MartinSLewis can help me with some advice. @bt_uk have extended my contract (added 24 months) without actually talking to me or me confirming, I was going to switch provider due to poor speeds, but now im not sure I can coz I beleive im being held hostage by them.

@bt_uk Im on Mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave. I can see in forums that others are having issues with 10.16 Big Sur, but this seems issues on all versions. McAfee shows this version is supported on my OS.

Annnnd the @bt_uk @BTGroup comedy show continues. Promises if callbacks from exec customer team that don't happen. Then to top it all off. I'm charged for the services that they have not delivered. I might have to use BT as a case study on how NOT to do customer service.

@bt_uk Hi. Latest version of BT Virus protect has installed onto my Mac (Mojave). When try to update McAfee crashes and hangs my computer. This has also happened to a relative so not unique to myself. Any advice? I can see others having issues with Big Sur so new version issue?

@bt_uk Hi there, you have cancelled my PS5 order and it says im not a BT customer as the reason? I am a superfast Fibre customer and have been since last year. I also have BT sport, can you please re-add me to the order list.
