For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk After continuous low speed and I’m stuck in the last six months various problems with the line I’ve been in the property change years doesn’t matter what provider are you have, the same things happen the splitter need to replace be replaced every year the hub usually

@bt_uk The WORST customer service. Incapable of sending a prepaid bag out to the correct address on 5 occasions. Then they charge £50. And now incapable of refunding after being advised 2 different refund dates and a cheque to which the account has now been closed. SORT IT OUT BT

@CityAM @richardcalhoun Is that the same lazy @BTCare that for years haven't been bothered to fix at their end a phone line to stop the crackling etc. And when you use their "fault reporting" tool, it claims there's no problem and it's always at your end - but it's ALWAYS temporary repaired at BT's end.
