@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@BTCare Thank you for the time on this. The thing I found really annoying was why wasn’t I told that when I rang Friday Wouldn’t of been so bad if I hadn’t of been fobbed off at the time and it got sorted there and then. I understand issues happen just let me know there is an issue & fix

@BTCare New hub order given date of delivery & didn’t arrive that day. Rang to find what was going on get told it takes 3-5 working days. Complained about the date given not being right. Then told it was a technical issue. However it just feels I’ve been fobbed off with no answers given.

Laughable service from @bt_uk. Just called cancellations, man on phone said he couldn't hear me, that it was a terrible line. He was coming through crystal clear. So I hung up, dialled again, was added to a queue, and then they cut me off as I waited. This is a TELECOMS company.
@bt_uk A complaint has been raised by BT and they will contact me within 7 days
@bt_uk My only issue with the situation is it would have been nice if instructions told me I had to use the ADSL filter and cable on the new box. It didn't say. So I thought wireless would work. Which panicked me when it didn't. But all is good now. Since I figured it out myself.

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.
@bt_uk It is connected at the moment. The letter I have clearly states it is recommended that I set it up when it arrives. So that when the change over does happen. No interruption to my service will occur. It also said the new hub can run my old (current) broadband service.
@bt_uk was promised 1 years free Amazon Prime in November and now they are not honouring this! Disgusting customer service
@bt_uk I have no idea, mobile phone call on Sunday morning wasnt clear..and yes its extremely frustrating . I have been a customer for over 20 years and this really isnt accepable

@bt_uk Signal dropping in and out ,traced to fault on the connection on the line from the pole . Engineers kept cancelling all last week ,engineer on Saturday not able to climb pole and agent on Sunday unsble to confirm when fault was going to be solved this week

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.
