Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬
