    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    When I renewed my Bt contract I was told ufc would never be on box office 2 months later it happens!! @btsport @btsportufc lied then took my money!!!! Any chance of a explanation!!! #😡😡

    @BTCare Thank you for the time on this. The thing I found really annoying was why wasn’t I told that when I rang Friday Wouldn’t of been so bad if I hadn’t of been fobbed off at the time and it got sorted there and then. I understand issues happen just let me know there is an issue & fix

    @BTCare New hub order given date of delivery & didn’t arrive that day. Rang to find what was going on get told it takes 3-5 working days. Complained about the date given not being right. Then told it was a technical issue. However it just feels I’ve been fobbed off with no answers given.

    @BTCare so much for your complaints department. Scripted conversations are not fun and don’t always answer your questions you would like answers too. Really impressed from 1st call for an issue but went down hill from there. Now quite frustrated with @bt_uk.

    @scotbaston @Mrs_Bob_Here @bt_uk All fixed line broadband services run off the same Openreach network unless you are a Virgin customer. The only difference is the price and the customer service you receive.

    Still wondering @BTCare @bt_uk I have been a customer of yours for almost 6 years now. And I have always complained about my internet connection just recently it has dropped so much that we can't even use Netflix... been told an engineer is going to fix the issue by friday

    Also blamed @WeAreOpenreach for an upgrade that’s “obviously” gone south and as such is not a @bt_uk problem. It’s an @OpenreachHelp and the clients problem. On a bank holiday weekend.
