  • Hoopsjackal Mark Crossley (@Hoopsjackal) reported from Wheatley, England

@btsport Decent sports coverage but PLEASE stop the preaching. People watch you to see and enjoy sport, and people are turning off with your forcing opinions down their throats.

  • rosieintheuk Rosie Tran (@rosieintheuk) reported from Buckingham, England

@bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

  • MartinLevy9 Martin The Mushroom (@MartinLevy9) reported from Hethe, England

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

  • merchandiseman ☕ Gary Warden ☕ (@merchandiseman) reported from Buckingham, England

@bt_uk Hi BT. Today I have mainly stayed in all day waiting for an engineer to turn up on a prebooked appointment which was confirmed by text earlier in week. No answer on you customer service numbers. Poor service

  • Moffontour Moff (@Moffontour) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

  • TheOxfordArms1 Chef Bryn Jones (@TheOxfordArms1) reported from Kirtlington, England

We apologise if our phone is constantly busy for more than an hour but we are trying to cancel an account with @bt_uk but it’s impossible! Never ever again!

  • wcbutcher Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Kidlington, England

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

  • MartinLevy9 Martin The Mushroom (@MartinLevy9) reported from Hethe, England

How can @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare get away with the appalling service levels they offer. I’m of to another provider

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • charlie37sparks Charlie Sparks (@charlie37sparks) reported

.@bt_uk you’re a joke of a company! It sounds like the 5th engineer is going to fail to show up. @virginmedia what’s the earliest you can install broadband at my property?

  • ricardo_tick ricardo g (@ricardo_tick) reported

@bt_uk what do I need to do to get a manager to call me back? Promised 4 times to no avail. Not to mention ongoing broadband problems for 2 months. Multiple engineer visits booked and no one turns up. I’m losing the will.

  • sov_scot Rab Gordon (@sov_scot) reported

@Holdfast214 @atrueindyscot @bt_uk In that case you need an ISP that gives a s**t or an alternative like the MiFi idea. That might be best if you get a good 3 signal, and it is portable. I used to use a MiFi but with full fibre at home now , I find tethering to my phone works well if I away from home.

  • notcraignelson Craig Nelson (@notcraignelson) reported

@bt_uk Dee, i dont think youre understanding what im saying. I understand there is a price cap, sure whatever. Im saying i can cancel and sign up as a new customer and get the deal a lot less yet you cant do it for an existing loyal customer.

  • tomboyle4865 Tom Boyle (@tomboyle4865) reported

@bt_uk internet has been down all day in the EH26 area. When will it be back up and running?

  • sov_scot Rab Gordon (@sov_scot) reported

@atrueindyscot @Holdfast214 @bt_uk I'd recommend any ISP if you are confident your existing telephone line or fibre is OK, but if you have any kind of trouble then go to an ISP that cares like ZEN or Andrews and Arnold, but they are more expensive.

  • Just_Freddie_ F.A. Le Brun (@Just_Freddie_) reported

So @bt_uk persuade me to switch to them with the promise of paying my buy out fees. They tell me they will cancel my sky contract. Which they don’t do. Leaving me to do it. Now when I try and claim the buy out fees they tell me I’m out of the two months. Which was THEIR fault.

  • notcraignelson Craig Nelson (@notcraignelson) reported

@bt_uk Im sorry BT thats not good enough, you cant use that as an excuse as i can sign up as a brand new customer for £40 a month, theres no price increase in that deal is there?

  • LukeDoesCrypto LukeDoesCrypto (@LukeDoesCrypto) reported

@bt_uk my internet has been down all day and when its on anway its never fast always slow worst internet provider ever gna cancel

  • DawnRemblance Dawn Remblance (@DawnRemblance) reported

@bt_uk Yes and it keeps cutting me off. The engineer has been 3 times and says the duct is blocked, and its down to openreach to unblock it. But yet noone has been. Whose job is it to do that and how do I get them to do it ASAP
