    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @BTCare Yes I do. There is no point in pursuing this as BT have already told us it is not commercially viable to replace the existing service, we are a bit too rural apparently.

    @BTCare Look at the call outs you have had for the village of Fernham. It’s been an issue for over 9 years. No fibre, failing copper from the exchange and not enough lines for all villagers. Ask @edvaizey he excels at ignoring the issue @FernhamBroadban

    @BTCare 25 years as a customer. I’ve been treated poorly. The only resolution which can be given a timescale you might actually adhere to is closing my BT account. Shocking.

    @bt_uk utterly disappointed in your dealing with our fault issue, internet has been off for a week and a half now, engineer has been out and still not sorted it. Next engineer booked for Wednesday, meaning one of us has to take time off work again. Terrible service

    @bt_uk my parents have had no phone or broadband for weeks since the overhead cable to their house snapped. They keep getting fobbed off. Multiple deadlines missed. They are very stressed by the experience and without comms AND with poor mobile coverage. Please help them ASAP

    Install fiber (to the house) in my area. It's been years with this awful upload and download. It's 2019 and I'm still getting 6-7mbps upload and 20-30mbps down. Your @WeAreOpenreach account asked me to DM my address so I did and never got a response. Pathetic. @bt_uk

    @demesi_brian @btsport @mrjakehumphrey Yeah cause we’ve gone backwards since he left ..... how’s that working out for him now he farmed out to Bayern while we’ve won the cl and pushed city close in the league last season and considering we haven’t clicked as such we ain’t started to bad either
