Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk I need a new router now. My speed was 7.1 today. Your guaranteed speed is 66! 7.1 is unacceptable, and it looks bad on BT that you don't want to help. I'm fed up with being palmed off with platitudes. I am a customer. I pay for 66 Mg! Please tell me how to obtain a new router.

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk Rach, I'm really unhappy with how BT & Openreach compete with each other. They don't seem to want to help customers. I've been told 2ce in 3 weeks - by BT engineers - to request a new router from BT. Today I was told I shouldn't have been told that (which is unprofessional). 1/2
