Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

James Martin (@Jim_Lancashire) reported@TinaMcKay_ @bt_uk Had no end of problems with them a few years ago (as a homeworker), Indian call centre script reading responses and failures to resolve line fault. Moved to Pulse8 Broadband who have great cust service and not too expensive, wouldn't use anyone else now 👍

Katie (@katie26x) reported@bt_uk I have had endless amounts of phone calls with BT and they definitely don’t want to help!! Avoid at all costs. Wrongfully put a default on my credit file and making my life hell trying to get them to remove it! Go with @skytv i haven’t had any problems with them!
