    @bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

    @bt_uk hi, I’m not a bt customer but I have just paid for a 7 hour WiFi pass and it’s not coming up with any WiFi hotspots for me to connect to?

    Client has @bt_uk VDSL. Line has issues, BT pushes client to 4G router. 4G is EE supplied and CGNATed, Client can't use their CCTV anymore due to lack of IP that can be port forwarded. BT's view: You shouldn't be using things like CCTV on our services

    @mamezito @bt_uk @virginmedia From my experience they have stable connection but their customer service is utter rubbish. I was told "I'll make your wait 7 hours to talk to manager", they tried to deny any promo codes applied, I never managed to create an account there coz of "tech issue"

    @bt_uk @bt_uk yes I have and I have made a complaint as this has been ongoing for months. @OpenreachHelp have been out numerous times and aborted appointments. This will now cause us financial issues as we are meant to have a systems working by this weekend. Please can someone help

    @bt_uk Thank you. I have texted the engineer twice on the number you provided but have heard nothing. Very poor.

    @btbusinesscare sadly they were of no help as they cant discuss it as allegedly they do not have me listed as the contact, despite it being me they call for payment, despite my name being the registered contact on the accounts. So nothing I can do so we will find another supplier. Thanks
