My elderly parents have been left with no phone for a minimum of 18 days. @bt_uk admit they are at fault but can't get their phone working until 10th April. Seriously?! What happens if they fall or need help? Where's the customer care?

@bt_uk WORST WIFI provider 3 month of problems, everytime they send an engineer who says wait and see!!! they are beyond unreliable. Virgin was so much better and consisitent . BT are a complete joke and more expensive !!!!
