    @bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

    @bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

    @bt_uk But we’ve already had one text saying it’ll already be up and running as a temporary measure and that deadline has passed already. We need a solution sorted today; daughter has school work to do, I have work that needs to be online; the wife currently cannot work from home.

    @bt_uk There’s a Priority Services Register for gas/elec and I’ve been advised that there’s something similar for broadband suppliers. I need to make sure that they will be prioritised for repairs should there be issues as they rely on their broadband e.g. calling for help in a fall. Ta

    @bt_uk I’ve been experiencing the following issue with my Smart Hub: Devices connected to the 5GHz band are not able to communicate with devices connected to the 2.4GHz band and it appears the connections are being erroneously isolated. My Sonos system is effected the most.

    @bt_uk I recently spoke with advisors who helped me solve a problem, someone living at an old address of mine successfully set up broadband and tv in my name. Managed to close the account but who do I speak to to have the hard search removed from my credit report. I have a ref no

    @btsport hi, I like the feature to switch the crowd noise on or off but a better feature would be to switch commentators and pundits. Steve Mcmanaman is a truly awful pundit and I hate having to listen to him every time my team plays.

    @bt_uk It was a problem with my three 4g not @bt_uk I'm having bigger problems with BT as I've now been waiting coming up to 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my new Fibre broadband to be switched on, it's an absolute farce. I'm seriously thinking if just going back to Sky
