@bt_uk how do people get assistance with BT Wholehome WiFi? Since updating firmware we've had nothing but problems with discs going offline and regularly losing connectivity to various devices, including security cameras etc?

@bt_uk really disappointed. Needed to have a line moved in our house which I thought would be fairly straightforward. 6 calls later totalling around 4 hours, having 2 accounts created unbeknown to me and having to pay for two entire packages per month @£160. Poor.

@bt_uk In addition it has taken many weeks, not just "right now" and have resolve, well.....precisely nothing. No timescales to resolution. Just carry on charging twice I should be paying for an undetermined period of time
