    @bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

    @bt_uk I've been a BT customer since 20th December. My land line phone hasn't been activated and neither has my BT email. I don't have a mobile phone or access to one. I've spent days trying to find a way of contacting BT to tell them this and have failed. There is no way!? Help please?

    @bt_uk As I have said. No issues. Not affecting performance. I'm pointing out that 2 functions of the app are reporting different results. So one is unreliable. So if there were issues that app wouldn't be any use as would be telling me the opposite of what Id be experiencing.

    @bt_uk This is amazing @bt_uk Just had an email telling me it now won't be until FEBRUARY 28TH that the broadband will be installed. That will be 116 days since the initial order. Incredible "service".

    It's now been 11 days without internet connection to my home. OK we've had Christmas and New Year, but that's still a while for @bt_uk to leave me without a service I'm paying for. Guess I'm going to have to try calling them again. Sigh.

    @bt_uk my New Year hasn't been great. You didn't extend my BB as agreed on Dec 22nd. Acknowledged as your error. I am now treated as a new customer, waiting a week to be reconnected. It is shocking customer service. Please help. And no EE service either.....

    @bt_uk my broadband is down! And unable to get through to anyone! BT broadband keeps going down and im not getting the service we pay for, when we rely on broadband for everything nowadays. Please can someone get in contact with me
