@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Leslie, the engineer never showed up. I’ve been rebooked for Monday, given a £25 refund and told that I’ll be able to cancel my contract soon with the amount on engineers that have been called out to this seemingly unfixable problem.

@bt_uk The issue on install day, according to the engineer Robert, was that as there were no steps on the BT Pole in the road so a Hoist was required and would be coming soon. It never turned up and I never heard anything again as Robert said I would be contacted within 48 hours.

@bt_uk Joe in Enniskillen and Tom Woods in Belfast deserve a pay raise as far as I'm concerned, both top lads who have actually done as they have said they would, never ***********, never lied, always called/messaged me back. Can you let thier bosses know??

@bt_uk I was due to have my FTTP connection installed on the 1st December, after being cut off for 5 weeks without any forewarning, and following the engineer visit and the inability to install this day due to poor planning I am now 3 days later without an install date! Help!

@chrisgeeuk @bt_uk I fought BT to give me a 4G dongle in the meantime. It’s ok temporary fix. But it’s not stable or secure connection.
