@BTCare @btbusinesscare Come on BT Care we’ve had no reply today from you and now the line is up and down like a yo-yo it’s awful service.. how about connecting up the village with fibre @BTOpenreach

  • _Brewer_
Paul Womble Brewer (@_Brewer_) reported from Down Ampney, England

@BTCare we’ve had no care from you called you yup and had no care and we have no internet nor people can call us it’s piss poor and would hope your service would be better but that’s what we’ve come to expect from a poor service! We’re share holders too! Sort it soon!! Please!!

  • Markheath365
Mark Heath (@Markheath365) reported from Fernham, England

@BTCare Yes I do. There is no point in pursuing this as BT have already told us it is not commercially viable to replace the existing service, we are a bit too rural apparently.

  • Markheath365
Mark Heath (@Markheath365) reported from Fernham, England

@BTCare Look at the call outs you have had for the village of Fernham. It’s been an issue for over 9 years. No fibre, failing copper from the exchange and not enough lines for all villagers. Ask @edvaizey he excels at ignoring the issue @FernhamBroadban

  • markymarky1969
Mark (@markymarky1969) reported from Filkins and Broughton Poggs, England

@BTCare 25 years as a customer. I’ve been treated poorly. The only resolution which can be given a timescale you might actually adhere to is closing my BT account. Shocking.

@CamboSoutar @btsport @spfl To be fair mate for everyone who are complaining about the TV deal should just start actually filling their stadiums. Complain about a poor TV deal but are part of the reason our league isn't that appealing. Full stadiums = better league.

  • MattRic62091091
    Matt_Richardson (@MattRic62091091) reported

@BTCare strongly recommended people do their research on BT before they scam further customers out of their hard earned money. Their engineers are incompetent and cannot fix a phone line nor run the broadband service I have paid for. No service for 5 weeks @financialombuds #FOS

@btsport the fact you’ve now lost Scottish football and the UFC is horrible. You are going to lose loads of customers. Me being one. Very poor. 👎🏻
