    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

    @bt_uk Doesn't cover family members elsewhere in country trying to contact/vice versa in what may be deemed as an emergency situation. Or schools contacting me to inform me of an incident. It's not just emergency calls to blue light services.

    @bt_uk So if I understand this correctly you take the order, arrange payment, let people go to the inconvenience of arranging time off for the appointment and only then check whether you can provide the service? It also doesn't explain why the fibre team have cancelled the order. Twice.
