@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk so we made the switch to voice digital and it’s faulty, have no landline now until you fix the issue, surely you should have checked this before switching us, I now have no landline and I need it as I have a very poorly husband.

@bt_uk Tried that and just says 'we ran into trouble with your search, please try again'. Unable to stream anything e g. YouTube video, took 2 hours to download a basic PPT. Never normally have an issue
