@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@roundyfullandby @bt_uk Sounds about right mate. I cancelled my TV with them kept sports and upgraded broadband as couldn't be bothered with the ag of changing. Wish I changed now as it is proper crap

Just received a call from @bt_uk @BTGroup @BTOpenreach1.. "Sorry Sir we screwed up and rather than ensuring that you were set up to use Broadband we set someone else up".. We will sort it out Next week??? WTF... its already been 2 weeks and now you want me to wait another week?
