Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk one word to describe the service provided by BT so far: awful. Cables exist to the house, junction box in the road. There's literally no excuse and you've just sent a text to say it's due on the 23rd of March! @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp they blame you! Fix it!

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we are about to run out of data which that won’t even help. Asked for a hub but because we aren’t a halo customer we don’t get help absolutely no empathy from you guys at all should be ashamed

@bt_uk I'm already registered with that but as you surely know it doesn't stop many calls. Which is why you developed Call Protect. I pay a lot of money for this line. It's shoddy I don't get the same service as people paying a lot less.

Order @bt_uk internet 1st November. They finish the install last week. Today I’m told they will only connect the line on the 16th April. @bt_uk please can anyone look into this?! Customer care on the phone are refusing to help me.
