@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

I’m sorry rying to be nice.. I really am but @btbusinesscare aren’t helping. It’s been fun on the phone to them for hours every day this week.. departments don’t know what tickets are? Customer complaints!!And despite me asking 20 times not 1 manager has called me… 😡#ofcom

@loopy69lou @BT @bt_uk All of UK is moving onto Digital Voice or equivalent as the analogue phone network is being switched off. I am assuming you have the phone connect to the Smart Hub 2 too and not the wall socket. Self diagnostics can go along way :D
