Mark Harris (@MrMarkHarris) reported from Cirencester, England@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.
-
Hannah Shuker💙 (@HanShuker30) reported from Witney, England@btsport can anyone help did I read that BT are showing the game free for non subscribers?
-
Nick Jones (@Njdecorating) reported from Witney, England@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost
-
Sparrow (@ChrisJSparrow88) reported from Cirencester, England@bt_uk hi, BT estimating two days of internet outage in my area whilst they fix and issue? Very disappointing, and I have work I need to do.

star6 (@s_starrr6) reported@bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious
-
Josh (@_JoshDenham) reported@bt_uk So the service is down according to the website, but nothing anywhere before logging into my account, or yourselves here, acknowledged that beforehand. When can I expect my access to the broadband to be back?
-
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕟 𝕋𝕚𝕞 🍀🌱 (@thevegantim) reported@bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??
-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
-
CharlieM (@camawds) reported@leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
-
Simon Caffrey (@caffrey_simon) reported@bt_uk fault is on the openreach copper network.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?
-
BostonRabbit🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Boston_Rabbit) reportedSo @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
