@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk I had one of your colleagues point out my TV would impact the service. The same TV I've been using for 3 years now. Also with the previous service! I need to use my phone in the kitchen so the Complete Wifi works, It struggles in the lounge where the router is. And so on.

@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to know how we can get our BT Hub replaced. Having to turn it off and on each week is frustrating. I’m also not happy that we are being enforced to share our connection with every other BT customer in the area and also as PAYG for anyone within the area #Help
