@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Upgraded my account last week and no new router been delivered, when I spoke to customer services told to track order on line, says complete but nothing received, transferred to someone else but still no luck. Not good is it?

.@bt_uk Other than tell us we had to set up a completely new account, nobody seemed to be able to help us. Fault team passed us to the connection team who passed us back to the fault team again and again.
