One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Yet its been a complete mess with clashing logins and returning old kit which is the same as the new?? and the DD wasn't set up?¿
