Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

@scottavfc8 thata right champions league was never independently owned by sky tv they never had the rights they never showed the games it was itv then btsport now owned by EE as tnt sports so sky never had the champions league

Our Internet went off on 21st June, service finally restored on 10th July. 09:27 this morning - major service outage in the area.... Oh dear @bt_uk / @BTCare, not a great experience at all....
