@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Just finished my 24m Broadband contract with BT. Trying to terminate contract now, customer service advised that broadband can be cancelled, but need to pay cancellation charges for phone - guess it’s an add on we never used! I’m not in UK anymore & it’s very frustrating!

@DGazeSDCsport @btsport Same with Jamie Redknapp - both seem to have personal grudges against the club. Thought Spurs looked good, creating chances but Jenas still won’t acknowledge it! He’d rather slate the team and say how poor they look without Kane and Son!

@btsport the app is really terrible on consoles , it sure does need a lot of upgrades cos it lags badly compared to its sky counterpart
