@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

If at any point in the future you're getting broadband or switching provider, DO NOT go with @bt_uk. We've been messed around for weeks, customer service is atrocious. Engineer no3 has apparently been booked for the old property rather than the new one. I work from home! Awful.

@bt_uk Yes we did. It's an absolute mess. Awaiting calls that never come and engineers saying they've been when they haven't. The disruption has been ridiculous considering I work from home. Is there any point in DMing you? I doubt it would achieve anything at this stage. Fuming.

So after the nonsense over the last 1hr+ of being told by @bt_uk that there was no possibility of giving a timescale on resolution nor being able to get an engineer booked soon we now allegedly have an engineer coming in the morning. Will be amazed if it's solved tomorrow!

@BTCare what a joke your customer service has become. On hold for 19 mins then you cut me off. Incompetence seems to run through every department. This is the 3rd time I have had to contact you regarding my account due to staff not carrying out what they stated they would do.
