Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    This screenshot was taken when I visited someone’s home and without their knowledge. I was also able to see their unlisted phone number. Who is also doing that to me in *my* home… or sitting in their car? There is a simple fix. Provide a login page for the router. Easy! @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Dear BT customer support I have been holding 1hr 45 min Third attempt!! you say your busy. SO I AM I !!! I want to cancel my service but you never answer the number you advised to call. Terrible service decided to leave BT as moving home my name Vince Richards number01243823569

    @OpenreachHelp Apologies David. I am at the end of my rope here unable to understand why or how this has been so difficult to progress. The communication from @bt_uk has been poor to non existent. I am a customer deserving the extra mile after very poor service

    @bt_uk Your phone service says it has technical difficulties, your automated bot is unhelpful and my broadband is down. The bot said someone would call me within 90 mins but they didn't. How can you help me?

    @bt_uk how on earth am I supposed to log a fault with my broadband?? When you do the ‘troubleshooter’ online you acknowledge a fault, tell me someone will call me, but then later message me to say you’re too busy and I should try again tomorrow!! #help #Disgraceful #badservice
