@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@BT_uk: we are coming on Wednesday to install your fiber broadband service. Alas, were only going to do the outside bits, and will make another appointment to do the inside bits at an undetermined point probably quite far into the future.
