Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk That's fine. But will they fix it today? Two companies are losing customers and no one can afford that right now. This is not a fault on the line, this is a silly, but costly mistake.

@bt_uk They run a line test and the test shows that the broadband is continuously dropping out and that we are not even getting 1mbps upload speed. Download is 1.5mbps. But still im having to pay a cancellation fee of £158 when im not getting the service promised.

@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk My problem is not with when engineer is due. My problem is that bt website would not let me upgrade sport & tv package until wifi upgrade is done. If I had known this beforehand I would have upgraded the tv and sports first, as I now can't benefit from Black Friday deal on it.
