  @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

  @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
