@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Garry the terms of service does not state BT shall have permanent control of the users account. Your own BT mod in the forums confirmed this is a bug. Could you confirm when ths will be resolved.

@bt_uk thank you for your reply regarding the landline faults at Peasedown st John. Fault was reported 22nd July and originally due to fix by 29th July which was not good enough, now showing not until 5th Aug--how can this be ? Not good enough

@bt_uk Good morning, yes I am we have been trying to get a fault that keeps reoccurring currently my partner is on live chat trying to get the issue resolved we are now having to wait in again tomorrow after having an appt for today booked and apparently it was checked at the exchange
