    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk @WorkTheSpace Man wants compensation/refund. I used to give out refunds to basically every customer, cost them thousands. Worst company in history.

    @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk I'm appalled by the service you're getting dude, but I can't say I'm shocked. Dealt with BT Openreach for years and some of the engineers are not good. Customer service has much to be desired as well at times. Unfortunately, if you're using FTTC, you're using Openreach's network.

    @bt_uk Why would there be a charge, it makes no sense as I am already paying for the data. Zero cost to BT. And when broadband goes down I can’t call anyone whatsoever either.
