@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@JuanAnderOnly @dazbob666 @Project88mph @RossoneriTim @btsportwwe @WWE @FightOwensFight @WWENetwork @btsport BT would have paid huge sum for the rights. Would get a lot, lot more from that than the network.

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk They say the duct is blocked and needs clearing. Yet the property next door to us has got no problems in connecting.

@Holdfast214 @atrueindyscot @bt_uk In that case you need an ISP that gives a s**t or an alternative like the MiFi idea. That might be best if you get a good 3 signal, and it is portable. I used to use a MiFi but with full fibre at home now , I find tethering to my phone works well if I away from home.

@TomTalksMoney_ @MartinSLewis This could be due to @bt_uk giving a £5 discount on SIM only deals if you are a BT broadband customer

@Holdfast214 @bt_uk I’m with Talk Talk. Good coverage in my area - no issues encountered at all. It’s £21 per month. We use a Roku firestick for tv which covers STV Player and different channels. No tv licence as we only watch catch up. Sky also do broadband for same cost and that works well too.

@JoonesNorma @Holdfast214 @bt_uk That is a good solution if you get a good 3 signal. Might be even cheaper from Smarty which uses 3..

@btsport @mrjakehumphrey Where was the energy in the studio at halftime for the City/Bayern game? We were just 45 mins away from a semi-final and it felt like England were 6-0 down to Andorra. Shocking. There’s no love for City! @ManCity
