@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  • MrMarkHarris Mark Harris (@MrMarkHarris) reported from Cirencester, England

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

  • SwindonTownFans Swindon Town Fans (@SwindonTownFans) reported from Stratton, England

@JuanAnderOnly @dazbob666 @Project88mph @RossoneriTim @btsportwwe @WWE @FightOwensFight @WWENetwork @btsport BT would have paid huge sum for the rights. Would get a lot, lot more from that than the network.

@bt_uk How do I contact someone in your Head Office who can sort out a landline account I neither asked for nor need. I'm not prepared to waste any more time holding to speak to customer advisors who can't transfer my call without cutting me off.

  • henrydewing Henry Dewing (@henrydewing) reported

@btsport whoever did the @Harlequins V’s @LeicesterTigers highlights on YouTube. Terrible.

  • KevinBehan Kevin Behan (@KevinBehan) reported

@bt_uk hi, wonder if you can help me. Why is it when one makes a complaint to BT there is a conversation then Bt ‘close’ the complaint?

  • LiveseyScott scott livesey (@LiveseyScott) reported

@bt_uk The engineer should be here by Thursday, which means upto 6 days with no internet connection. I will not be able to watch any BT TV channels, my Alexa will not work. For someone who is paying over £80 pcm and being with BT for over 10 years, customer loyalty does not exist!

  • cornish_tors Tors (@cornish_tors) reported

@IamAustinHealey @btsport I’ve long been involved with youth rugby and seen many talented payers who could never afford to go to uni drop out, and would never accept a hardship fund either

  • highfields2020 Stephen O’Reilly 🏋️‍♂️📈🎶💃🕺🍻🛌 (@highfields2020) reported

@btsport @btsportrugby who is this dreadful woman you have on your programme today? She seems to be determined to bring the mood down with catty remarks, and seemingly cannot take banter. Awful attitude.

  • StaceTrades Stace Trades (@StaceTrades) reported

Being in England and paying extortionate prices for sports channels that don’t let us choose which game to watch. While the rest of the world have EVERY GAME on tv. @SkySportsPL @btsport give us game choice or we cancel. No one wants to watch Villa vs Chelsea Get me a fire stick

  • Stevethrelfall Steve Threlfall (@Stevethrelfall) reported

**** @btsport putting UFC 280 on PPV, essentially charging customers twice to watch it. Robbing bastards! I’ll be illegally streaming it. Encourage everyone else to, so they get the message! @btsportufc #UFC280 #BTSPORT

  • 1RedRiding 1RedRidingHood (@1RedRiding) reported

@bt_uk Dee (and Lisa) thank you for your response I don't need help with it technically, unless you can put the price back to the original. I just wanted to point out that a contract isn't fair when BT can change terms/prices during one but the customer cannot cancel or change anything

  • AlanMacleod14 Alan Macleod (@AlanMacleod14) reported

@bt_uk Yay! I’ve got one for you! Why do you think it’s acceptable to force a customer to get Full Fibre broadband and then not connect them for 74 days (and counting)? Then whenever that customer rings for an update they get fobbed off for another 10 days and nothing ever happens?
