Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk How many times..!!! The work has been done!!! If someone cared to come and have a look you would see that. You can see where the connection has taken place. You’re all as bad as each other and are just fobbing is off. You need to come and have a look but you won’t as you 1/2

    @bt_uk I have read all this. The point is you are making me pay 7.50 a month for IMAP enabled email, whereas a) I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and b) many providers offer this for free. It’s daylight robbery and you do it to try persuade people not to leave you
