Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@Lbartram @btsportmotogp @btsport All sessions and extra stuff too. Not sure about TV but it can be accessed via their website so I guess you could do that and cast it. You can also choose different cameras (on bike etc). Sorry I can't help re TV as I watch it on the iPad
