@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk Have avoided BT retail for the last 20 years. Now with Zen - cant fault them, UK based, excellent customer service. You'd still have to deal with OpenReach with the install, which may still be an issue from what I can see?

15 years ago I left @bt_uk because they were awful. Decided to give them another go & switch back & have instantly regretted my decision. Failed installation yesterday, no contact from BT. Today a message saying I have to wait until tomorrow for news. #nophone #nobroadband #notv

Now at almost a month without internet thanks to @bt_uk. Talking to customer service makes me feel as if I’ve done something wrong when my only crime is to sign a contract to pay hundreds of pounds per year for, thus far, no service. Am completely out of ideas and exhausted.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk BT came to our road, replaced the pole and never put the internet cables/phone lines back to the houses, took a week to get them to do that. Guy turns up to connect the line pushes in past my wife (critically extremely vulnerable) saying easier from in here. Now with Sky.

@bt_uk bt smart hub 2 was flashing purple last night. Woke up this morning and its solid orange. Reset the hub hasnt helped. Tried your troubleshooting "connect a device and go on internet" but nothing happens. Any help?
