@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@btsport Trying to cancel a subscription on the phone is absolutely impossible, you just keep people on hold till they give up. I’m just gonna cancel my direct debit. Awful service.

@bt_uk No it didn't help. I tried Firefox , Edge & Chrome all the same. Loaded the BT APP & watched the footy through that. Our Broadband cable was cut a few weeks ago & an engineer switched over to another wire , maybe something to do with that ?
