@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@frant101 @bt_uk I've now setup a new 2.4ghz wifi SSID on a access point connected to my BT smart hub and it's solved the issue. So I'm even more sure it's the firmware update that caused the issue.

@bt_uk Morning Aled, the planned phone call did not come through but I’ve been able to add details to my complaint online. Just waiting for the temporary copper broadband to be switched on... I’m hoping that this doesn’t become another broken promise

@bt_uk Yes I’ve changed channels. The signal can be perfect for an hour then drop to weak signal for the next half hour. I also have a printer which picks it up on an infrequent basis. The new router I got from yourselves should cover the whole house I was told?

@bt_uk Really very unhappy with my WiFi today (since 10am). Just keeps on cutting out. Very frustrating, please fix it. OX14
