  @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working .   @bt_uk BT Broadband your service is a disgrace. Lost all wifi in E1 today and have been told will be down for 5 days!! I work from home and rely on wifi. I get paid by the day. Tried 4G: can't work. Absolute disgrace. U breach ur contractual SLAs in E1 regularly. I'm outraged!!

  @bt_uk I’m having some serious connection issues in my property, I’m on a fibre connection with a current average speed of 3 mbps (lows of 500kbps) which is obviously not Fibre, can you help?

  @btsportufc why can't you just make BTSport Box Office available on Xbox or PS? For alot of people, it's the only way to watch PPV on BT Sport. You have the normal app on there! This is why people illegally stream, the TV casting doesn't work on all Tvs or it's like watching 1fps

  @bt_uk They say it needs more civil work despite the new fibre cable being laid 18months ago and the duct being dug through my property 2 weeks ago. So many of my neighbors have it so the cable is live. But why cancel my sky contract when my new cable isn’t fitted?

  @Ofcom Hi all, Question regarding a contract with @bt_uk , Am I able to exit without penalty in the event BT has constantly provided poor and unsatisfactory customer service, been irresponsible for issues, had one for over a month now and they still have failed to act.

  @bt_uk A router was never sent before fibre was installed straight to the house. Sent next day delivery apparently on Tuesday after we complained but still no sign! It’s been nothing but problems since we placed the order. Very frustrating
