Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Yet another failed promise from our internet service provider (service to be used in the lowest sense of the word). It’s now a full week without a connection to the outside world, despite 4 promises of ‘it’ll be back on at midnight’ @bt_uk your a shambles, absolute shambles!

The fact that @bt_uk are planning to paint over the Leeds @Burleybanksy art work (not offensive or rude) on their bt boxes is ridiculous, while @VirginMediaCorp has seen no problem with this...can someone explain?

@bt_uk My Business broadband has been down for over a week now, every day I call I get told the engineer will be fixing this today, still waiting since 19th without any further explanation.

@bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

@bt_uk Created on: 17 May Complaint ref: VOL013-587562504305 A manager please call before 2pm today- this request from 2 days ago & still no call! I had a call to my landline from a call centre (not a manager) the line disconnected - ironic for BT! #stillwaiting
