For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

@bt_uk I do have a good 4G signal and am using it on giffgaff. The EE hub you provide is not as good as my smartphone. But worse than this, it has been turned off. It was at least working albeit badly 2 months ago.

@bt_uk Warning to Customers. When you have a complaint, they will call you and then as soon as you answer will hang up on you and then mark the complaint as resolved. Obviously this is ludicrous but BT are so big they are untouchable and cannot be complained about. #OneWayComs

@dysartes @bt_uk Yup! The issue is nuts. we moved during the pandemic in 2020. We had a delay in our move date but they cut us off (& the owners of the new house) anyway. So I rang up and threw toys at them.. but In order to get back connected (via 4g) so I could work, they needed a 2nd acc. 1/2

@Plusnet is the worst broadband experience I’ve had.. With @bt_uk I had good ping, good download speed, no issues with packet loss, latency variation, nothing, With plus net I suffer. 3mb download is soooo good…
