Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

@bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

I should add that I’m with @bt_uk. And – apart from high BT prices – I find them v reliable. (Unfashionable view, possibly). Would be reluctant to leave BT to end up with poor service/unreliable connection.

@bt_uk Hi BT, to say I think your customer service is awful. Purchased a whole home set of discs, one is broken & your customer service stated that you don't support anything purchased on eBay. So as manufacturer, you don't offer any support for new items. Won't purchase BT again
