    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    Great @Plusnet @bt_uk Down!! No internet for the last 12 hours. Why is all these #big companies will send the bailiffs out if you miss payments. But when they fail to provide the services to the customer, they still bill you and not so much as a sorry, here's a month free....

    @BlokeOfWords @bt_uk It is absolutely awful. 112 minutes on hold to get call answered, and then another hour being bounced around. When I stated I wanted to make a formal complaint, he said I would need to ring back tomorrow, as that team was closed!!!

    @bt_uk it's the recorder box - basically it records one out of five on the planner (very annoying) This is my second box with same issues since February. BT can find nothing wrong with it. Is it just my recorder or is there a wider issue with the software?

    Two things; 1. Has ANYONE ever successfully moved home with @bt_uk without any hiccups? 2nd time for us in 6 months. Beyond terrible both times. 2. Why is calling cust. service for ANYWHERE so awful these days, & why, when you inevitably get cut off, does nobody call you back?

    @bt_uk Trying to report a fault on landline (no dialtone so clearly not a broadband issue) but your system keeps referring me to EE for a broadband fault - landline is with BT so what's going on?

    @bt_uk Thanks Steph, but no I’m fed up of people looking into it …. In fact 60 days of people looking into it, I’ve taken days off work and waited multiple times for engineers who never turn up. I’m paying for your screw ups.

    @bt_uk we are still offline and without landline since November 8th. Several dates for resolution later we are told the big day will be 18th December. Our business is being affected at a time we can ill afford for this to happen. Disabled parents cannot contact us. Come on BT!
