I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

@btsport Wow, apparently there’s only one person able to fix a problem with BT Sport and they can’t contact me until Tuesday now!! Only been waiting 4 days so far!!

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

@bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

Stupidly I booked @btsport #btsport online & realised it would not work on my tv - I rang to cancel within the hour (cooling down period?) for a service I did not use and cannot use……BT will not refund - whilst Amazon will refund almost anything anytime! B@st@rds!

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service, my dads a pensioner and has been treated so badly! Issues on your end should not mean you put someone at an older age under so much pressure! My dad has been a customer for over 20 years and we are due a call back so I hope this gets sorted!
