    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk As a customer for many years, I’m so disappointed at being left without internet since 27th. An engineer has been out twice the last few days but has not fixed it. I’ve logged the issue only to be told it will be fixed by 8th jan!!! Why? I need to work from home from 4th!!

    BT terrible service for a new customer told my broadband would be active from midnight last night by number of people and its not. Lies after lies yesterday and im still without! I work from home and need this sorted by monday or i am changing!!!! @bt_uk
