    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk The 4g mini hub you’ve sent me isn’t working. It doesn’t show up when I search for it under Wifi. Tried a hard reset & held the button down. Any ideas?

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    Thank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

    @bt_uk Am not happy at all today #BT have terminated our services so no Internet and I work from home and my 2 youngest sons do college online. I have been a customer for a very long time and I am disgusted they can do this rather than wait for the payment a bit longer. Rediculous

    @bt_uk my internet has dropped out multiple times for hours on end over the last few days, nothing seems to be the problem when searching online but I’m just getting a constant orange flashing light 😬
