    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider

    @bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

    @bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

    @bt_uk It is placed exactly where it has always been which always worked fine.We have not built any extra walls in fact nothing has changed apart from the Strength of the Signal.

    @bt_uk a month without landline or Wi-Fi which is affecting our work and business and has left my disabled parents without contact. Shocking customer service and a ‘story’ fed to us about this being an issue in an area when neighbours have no issues. Shambles!

    Just spoken with Theresa from @bt_uk. She has been trying to sort out an intermittent fault with our home BT router. She was brilliant. She may not have fixed the problem but she was so attentive and helpful. Theresa has restored my faith in customer service. Thanks Theresa.

    @bt_uk The same thing that affected many business & residents around me. This was a widespread outage. Why don't you ask the Open Reach engineer who worked on the exchange on my street ? This is about treating your (now soon to ex) customers honestly & respectfully.
