.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

Phone up @bt_uk to cancel wi-fi. It’s been absolutely shocking all through the contract. Literally seconds later all tech gets kicked off the network. It was like the customer service person said “thank you for using BT” and immediately pressed the f*ck u button!
