    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @BTCare well it’s sad to say I’ve resorted to this. So nice I’m not getting answers to my emails I have to tweet in hope of a response. My telephone line was moved over to digital voice on 26th April and I’ve not had a line since! I’m also getting problems with my internet.

    @bt_uk There’s zero connection, on the off chance there happens to be any connection it doesn’t work, doesn’t load anything, continuously drops in and out. Been happening pretty much since it was installed and when checking if there’s a problem in the area it says nothings wrong.

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable
