.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@AndrewW52085286 @bt_uk Yeah, it's a nice idea, but not that viable in some areas. We are in a Victorian house, so the signal does not come through the walls. But it fine for a week then just stopped. I am now working hotspotted on my mobile, which is balanced on the windowsill 😮

@AndrewW52085286 @bt_uk Nope, sorry, still not working. Could be an EE network issue, not sure. We called in the end, and they said something about our box being defunct and are sending us some new boxes 🤷 I suspect it might not work until the broadband is connected 😭

@bt_uk just recontracted. Now broadband has slowed down to a crawl and landline full of crackle - unusable atm. Logged fault last Thursday. The landline is now crackling and playing up. Filed a complaint on Sunday. 5 days on? Not a peep from BT. #customerservice #not
