You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

We have landline/mobiles/internet/TV package and the Wi-fi 600 was promised during a telecom in Dec because of issues we were experiencing. Husband was passed from pillar to post yesterday, hanging between transfers of calls for over 40mins!! Still no contact.
