We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.
