read steel ball run (@booker213) reported@bt_uk The website I mentioned in the first post that doesn't let me view or report anything without a login?
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
jpb0332 (@jb0332) reportedBT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach
-
DemonicSuccubus (@MissSatanism) reportedNah @bt_uk you’re having a laugh. They finally turn up nearly 3 hours LATE! Why is it so difficult for you to have HUMANS answer a phone? Stop automating your **** with AI voices and options. It’s a piss take.
-
Doreen Grove (@redpath42) reportedI recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help
-
Dean Gray (@iamdg755) reported@bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
