    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @BTCare have sent you a few DM due to broadband keep crashing! Happening every hour and lasts 10 mins! Systems saying to issue in area but that’s not case as keeps happening!

    @AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

    @bt_uk The automated/remote diagnostic had highlighted a slow broadband connection. We can’t correct that to say NO Internet connection - although not sure that would make a difference to response time.

    @bt_uk So what BT are saying is that they supply **** WiFi around the house. You pay an extra tenner a month for extended WiFi and if that fails they'll give you a partial refund. That is total shite. We dumped BT because poor WiFi in a small bungalow.

    @bt_uk please could you help? Our bt hub is showing a blue light and devices connect to it, however they will then not work (so need to use 4g). I also cannot connect to the hub manager. All your tests say everything is working as it should -can you help please?

    @btsport why so many replays, we had so many replays tonight it was hard to tell if we were watching the match live. nothing more annoying than watching replays not once oh no, not twice, but sometimes in slow motion, all while the game is in play.

    Fibre broadband fault reported to @bt_uk and is affecting at least 5 properties. Any chance of bringing forward an appointment for Tuesday afternoon made through an automated service. Unable to speak to someone is a little frustrating.

    @bt_uk Don’t believe this advert it’s complete rubbish, we haven’t had reliable internet since August, now on are 10th engineer ( although to be fair 3 didn’t turn up 1 came twice to say he wasn’t trained to fix it) and my zoom meetings regularly freeze
