  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

@btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

  • MMAassault1 MMAssault (@MMAassault1) reported from Grays, England

@John_Hartford I remember watching the fight but I don't remember that and BTSport cancel swearing most of the time.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

@btsport @dallaglio8 @WaspsRugby What about #CustomerTalk DD getting canceled tomorrow as no income #selfemployed means no cash to pay for a football service I was paying for & you don’t have. Be like @skytv & play the game!

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

Well done @skytv @SkyFootball 👏👏 pausing sport on our bills. Oh well @btsport showing no support for customers 🙄 hope a lot of people don’t renew contracts with you!

  • sportspsycoach Dr Linda Duffy (@sportspsycoach) reported from Epping, England

I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • golfingampm Chris Callaway (@golfingampm) reported from Billericay, England

I only subscribe to @btsport to watch football so I may as well cancel my subscription and reconsider again in a few months.

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # FREE AT LAST # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # Stay home, beat Corvid-19 # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! The telephone calls allegedly from "BT Internet Technical Support" are operating again. When you've heard them (trans=Atlantic accent) HANG UP. @metpoliceuk @bt_uk

  • johnbarbiebutt john flood (@johnbarbiebutt) reported from Stone, England

@BTCare have sent you a few DM due to broadband keep crashing! Happening every hour and lasts 10 mins! Systems saying to issue in area but that’s not case as keeps happening!

  • paulparker81 Paul Parker (@paulparker81) reported from Basildon, England

@minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

  • JackHorrey Jack Horrey (@JackHorrey) reported from Chelmsford, England

@btsport Hi,I am trying to freeze my £25 subscription but can’t reach anyone on the phone. My login details bring up my EE account which is free and I want to talk about my BT one. Help please!!

  • caz_08 Caz ☺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

    @Craigro37117708 @Flight_Refunds @skytv @btsport @British_Airways @easyJet @nhcollection I agree but at least @skytv done something to help customers out!

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • FrankieTheSkin FrankieTheSkin (@FrankieTheSkin) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I'm suspecting that roadworks near the bus stop in *** Street, between Walthamstow Central Station and Bakers Arms have damaged broadband lines, two days ago the connection speed dropped sharply after an outage, and hasn't recovered so far.

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@bt_uk That was 18 months ago when we signed up to a new 2 year contract ...... 6 months till we can leave, and we will be, 2.5meg service at more than new customers pay for Fibre and no fibre going to be installed as we are on exchange only lines, so much for R100

@bt_uk It would be nice if someone could deal with compensating my 85 year old dad for his 10 days with no service and having to buy a pay as you go and credit so he was able to call for assistance?

  • fial4 Fial4 (@fial4) reported

@bt_uk Cancelling the transfer won’t help - talktalk won’t reinstate their service as BT has already cancelled it - they are without landline and BT has just told them they will have to wait. Sorry, not good enough. My dad has phone hospital appts this week, what’s he supposed to do?
