I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected
