@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!
