    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    For gods sake @bt_uk not only has my extortionate bt broadband been down for most of the day but I’ve now been on hold for almost 40 minutes for the 3rd call I’ve made today. Shite.

    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @bt_uk 2/2 going back to Sky. My Mum relies on the Internet to work from home and my stepdad has had to take 4 days off work for absolutely nothing. Compensation is now expected or we will approach the FOS and we will definitely not be recommending BT to anyone. Shocking service

    @bt_uk my Mum and stepdad have decided to go back to BT after 20 years to receive fast broadband. They've had to write to the CEO and have been let down since the middle of August. This is disgusting treatment for new customers who are now left with no Internet and they are 1/2

    @bt_uk @sarabfox Private messages just mean BT can ignore your issues and it takes your complaint off a public forum. BT, your service is terrible. People should just go to other suppliers. Why not tell people to do that & save a lot of time. If you had fewer customers you may do a better job

    @btbusinesscare Hi, Please can we get a status regarding work in Leith, Edinburgh. On friday, road workers cut through our broadband cable, affecting lots of businesses. We do not have phone or internet. We have been told it will be a week until it is fixed. Please help!

    @bt_uk My fibre broadband is still working at between 2 and 8 mbps. An engineer was due to fix it this morning. Nobody knows why he was cancelled and the fault was noted as resolved. I am unable to do my job properly at the moment.

    @bt_uk engineers did not appear on Friday 25th Sept to set up, no calls, or emails or messages as to why or when they could come again, and 4+ unsuccessful hrs on customer service line to speak to an advisor about internet! How can I sort this out - I need internet for uni!

    @bt_uk just received a call from +441563763121 claiming to be BT telling me there are some issues with my internet & wanted me to connect my laptop to my WiFi just thought you should be aware I don’t even have BT internet !
