@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

If you're waiting for @bt_uk to provide your 'world-class' #broadband I have some bad news for you; today Sunday Times reported that @Ofcom have struck a deal with BT not to enforce price constraints on broadband servces for the next 11 years! You'll be paying thorugh the nose!

PSA don't go with @bt_uk, all providers minus @virginmedia, use the same line. Just shop around and make sure their services: customer and broadband is top as BT are just terrible.

@bt_uk new phone ordered. Got my partner a new phone and tablet with BT Mobile which have been perfect so decided to treat myself (it's nearly Christmas afterall) only downside is you're not doing the free gift cards anymore 😪. Roll on weds when BT Halo is installed! Thanks guys

@bt_uk The only issue I have with BT, is how long it takes to send out an engineer. Last week, engineer came after 5 days without internet, came in, took double connector off phone line, plugged into main line, wala, fixed. Wish someone could have talked me through checking line myself

@bt_uk 20 minutes of which was the line testing which showed that all my complaints that were never logged were true, my connection keeps dropping out. And this was after an engineer came out to resolve the issue as well. LET ME LEAVE FEE FREE AS PROMISED.
