@bt_uk we have now been without internet for a week and just had the rudest customer service advisor essentially say there was nothing you can do. This is appalling service, what do you suggest we do?

@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

Brilliant on the mobile, but @btsport app on amazon stick is so temperamental and rubbish. Never works when you want it to. Have to keep force stopping, clearing data and then have to go through effort of login in again.

@BTCare I have just received an upgraded wifi! With guaranteed speeds and hybrid connect! My wifi has never run so slow and is constantly running bellow my guaranteed speeds why is the hybrid connect toy kicking in when bellow my promised speeds as I was told it would when sold

@bt_uk 1) Hello Rob, nothing on Ethernet has a problem. The wifi devices all suffer I have been through this with Andrew Hamilton before (I think that was his name). The problem always occurs after a few months of a new router. I change channels, reset it.

@bt_uk want broadband, WiFi & BT Sport in St Leonard’s but need an engineer to set it up. Rang BT, had to order to get engineer appt. no appts showing. Told not to cancel they would ring back in 1 he. No call back. Rang to cancel, 1 hr later still waiting for cancellation email!
