It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation
