@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk I need a new router now. My speed was 7.1 today. Your guaranteed speed is 66! 7.1 is unacceptable, and it looks bad on BT that you don't want to help. I'm fed up with being palmed off with platitudes. I am a customer. I pay for 66 Mg! Please tell me how to obtain a new router.

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk Rach, I'm really unhappy with how BT & Openreach compete with each other. They don't seem to want to help customers. I've been told 2ce in 3 weeks - by BT engineers - to request a new router from BT. Today I was told I shouldn't have been told that (which is unprofessional). 1/2
