    @bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

    @ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

    @WeAreOpenreach engineer shows up to install, he is just one guy and a van, no special equipment, he says he can't install fibre into this building. I will need to order copper, have to cancel my @bt_uk @BTGroup order and reorder again, I am loosing my mind

    Called @bt_uk @BTGroup to arrange copper, they said they would expedite the order and a manager would call back, no one called for days. I called them and they said my case had been moved to the "offline team" Seems that team is really offline - they never called back

    @bt_uk The irony of a major communications company bt_uk failing to keep its customers in the ME17 postcode area who have had no or partial service sine Fri 29 July, aware of issues and informed of remedy is no longer funny. Other companies do it better.

    Anyone in @ShitChester got @bt_uk no broadband. Everything gone off and router flashing purple. Tried reseting it. Still not working

    @WeAreOpenreach engineer showed up next day to install @bt_uk @BTGroup fibre, but he said it was impossible to bring cables into the second floor. Said we had to cancel and arrange copper. There was live bt copper in the flat from previous tenant so we know it can be done.
