    @vmfieldtech @CraigHarper0105 @btsport Don’t go there Craig - I’m with them and it’s terrible. Utilisation issues in my area for over 6 months that they keep promising to fix with dates continually moving.

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk issues returned last week and another @OpenreachHelp engineer came out and this time bypasses the existing internal wiring with a new cable from the junction box to a new socket. My connection is STILL dropping out! 😤🤬

    @MC40649014 @bt_uk We moved on the 8th feb, advised BT on the 29th jan, they couldn't do anything until 18th feb, phone line fitted but still waiting for broadband which is crap as I'm working from home, previous occupier had bt phone and broadband so no reason for a hold up All I say is good luck.

    @bt_uk I don't want a new order, I didn't want my broadband service to be cancelled. Your team are trying to force me into a new 24-month contract rather than re-instating the service you mistakenly cancelled which is disgraceful

    Hi @bt_uk just to keep you up to date.... after 1year of Fiber broadband not working on my android devices, I was advised this is normal. I got @SkyUK switched on today. All devices worked straight away. Thank you for 30years of service. Thank you @skyuk
