The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.
