@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

I appreciate the cost of living is going up, but it doesn't help when my broadband and landline bill @bt_uk goes up by £5.12 a month. It may not seem a lot, but as other things rise it starts to impact on the monthly finances. Time to change my package.

@bt_uk Ok I’ve already done this but as I say BT provide the lines if there is a dusky which it clearly shows there is on the down detector map then maybe yourselves should make it known to customers being affected

@bt_uk BT is the worse possible internet provider in the UK, stay away from this company. They will let you hang in the end. If you don’t want to have a heart attack stay away from this company! I think not having internet will save your life, instead of going through hell with BT!
