    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

    @bt_uk Hi Lesley thanks for checking in, the bot as usual found nothing, we reset and the internet remains poor. Just accepting this situation now as this is as good as it gets. After all of the hassle last time we had hoped it was fixed. I will monitor performance.

    PSA if you have a smart hub like the @bt_uk smart hub if you are having WiFi problems check to see if your wireless is in "mode 2" before buying any new hardware

    @bt_uk I am a new broadband customer and was told internet should be running today (it’s not). received email and sms confirming everything was set up. earlier I contacted you via chat and was told internet would start running at midnight. it’s not. can u please check?

    @bt_uk I have never experienced anything like it.. I’ve been on now for 45mins asking for the disconnection team.. keep getting the same man who is now just huffing at me and putting me back on hold.. terrible customer service..

    @bt_uk So disappointed we’re now almost 2 working days with no service & only starting to be fixed now. Really unhappy at this dismal, disjointed and totally shambolic customer service. At best, misinformation; at worst, a total fob off yesterday.

    As expecting a call back yesterday at 6.30pm. I called myself at 6.45 and I was told it call take up to 2 hours after them asking the customer what time is best for a call back. I'm still waiting at 5am this morning @bt_uk. Don't tell me to DM for yous to ignore it anyways
