day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

@bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

@bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

@bt_uk my partner @AneeshBhatt has spent nearly 15 hours on the phone to you this past month to get our internet sorted. 1 survey and 2 engineer visits later we’re still without internet and our order has apparently has been cancelled? Disappointing customer service 😔

@bt_uk engineer showed up and is actually accepting to do the job 🎉🎉🎉🎉 manager still hasn’t called to manage my issues since Saturday. It took a year and a half for an engineer to do the job, how long will I wait for a manager to call!!!!
