Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

-
Tom Grundy (@ThomasGrundy3) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!
-
Richard (@sirblackers) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.
-
The Star PA (@TheStarPA) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk I have been trying to help a client with their complaint for long time. It includes a residential and a business account. It has been impossible to follow up over the phone. It seems that the only department available is sales. Could you please tell me what to do next? Thx

darren tedeschi 🇦🇺 🇮🇹 🇺🇦 (@darrentedeschi) reported from Islington, EnglandLove it! Just got a message off @bt_uk about now having to wait till July 29! 2 days b4 installation I received a message about today being delayed and now another message reads above...wait a month! Such bad communication!
-
Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, EnglandOur @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.
-

Toby (@7Ten) reported from Ilford, England@bt_uk I've never seen a promotional tweet backfire so badly. Every single reply is negative, slating BT
-
Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.
-
Kriss Baird (@krissbaird) reported from Islington, England@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers
-
Kate Austin (@kateaustin496) reported from Stratford, England@thebedfordfox @btsport Not a bad cricketer either David.
-
simon colvin (@Simon_Colvin) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.
-
Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
