@bt_uk I have been trying to help a client with their complaint for long time. It includes a residential and a business account. It has been impossible to follow up over the phone. It seems that the only department available is sales. Could you please tell me what to do next? Thx

  • andrew_youngers

@bt_uk hi there, is the BT broadband network compromised in the Carshalton/Wallington area? Unusually poor internet today!

  • AndrewCrowe11
Andrew Crowe (@AndrewCrowe11) reported from Kings Hill, England

@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

  • uk12345
ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England

@bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

  • bunjlessball
Big L 🏳️‍🌈 (@bunjlessball) reported from Bromley, England

I am beyond shocked at how @bt_uk have handled my internet installation. I’ve never experienced such incompetency and I’m disgusted

  • uk12345
ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England

@bt_uk So it's not my problem your problem at your problem at your end .

  • kylepont
KP 🇺🇸 (@kylepont) reported from Ilford, England

Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

  • martinc1970
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • sgfmann
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

  • martinc1970
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • DaveB_mcfc
DaveB🇧🇼 (@DaveB_mcfc) reported from Longfield, England

@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

  • MewesRonnie
Mewes (@MewesRonnie) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

  • iMcKenzied
    (((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported

@bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?

  • TraskBen
    Ben Trask (@TraskBen) reported

@bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

  • RMhuiris
    Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.

  • TheEtonRifle
    Et0nRifle (@TheEtonRifle) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, 2 days of issues and I can't report on the site or app becasue that service is down! What are we supposed to do?

  • tilly4071
    andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported

@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  • cisnegirl
    Janet Davies (@cisnegirl) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

  • EddieCrouch
    Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reported

After 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?
