@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Anyone else having problems with the bloody internet? @bt_uk sort yourself out, I pay enough each month for this lackluster product, every 5mins having to reboot and restart
