    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? Iโ€™ve moved home and stayed with BT but itโ€™s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didnโ€™t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐ŸคฏStill no confirmation.. @BTGroup

    @btbusinesscare I need to pay our bill. Can't log in. You have added a new security requirement. A passcode. When I enter it I get an error message "Bad Request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" Tried chat - held on 30 minutes. 1/2

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!

    @bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.
