I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

Told that an engineer is booked, call up to check what time the engineer is booked for, told no engineer is booked on the system. WHEN WILL I GET INTERNET CONNECTION!?
