@BTCare Broadband is so poor ...Pay for infinity , and takes an infinity to download anything . Spent 45 minutes arranging for an engineer and 24 hours later you call my house phone , speak to my daughter , Tell her it’s fixed , cancel engineer #fail it’s not working properly !!!

I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice
