So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk why do you limit your delivery options to RM, most courier companies offer a next day delivery option, because you do not offer this service we are without a broadband service for 5/6 days, at least. A simple solution but one you have not considered.

@CWeston_Indo @btsport It a horrendous system. Horrible slippy remote control, unreadable, counter intuitive EPG designed by a teenager sitting 3 feet away from a 50" screen Constantly disconnects from WiFi. The previous Sky platform was far superior.

@bt_uk Hi, you sent me an email about the termination of my service and how to return kit - all of which expected. However the door number is incorrect in the email. I also already have a return kit bag, can I post to you using that or should I use the new one coming in the post?
