Best experience Iโve had with BT and Iโve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasnโt the outcome I wanted but canโt fault Tom for trying!

Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
