    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk I raised a complaint a few weeks ago and it was just “closed” within a few days with no explanation, no apology - then this morning I receive a bill which is 3 times what I was expecting and I cannot afford to pay it. It’s so upsetting and stressful 😢

    @bt_uk My elderly parents living in an isolated village are without phone or internet. A welfare case was raised on 15/12/22 and inexplicably cancelled. We were told this morning that an engineer would attend within 4 hours. This has not happened. Please help.

    @bt_uk just the absolute worst - why advertise home moves? Just state that you can’t do them, that the customer is likely to be without Wi-Fi for several days and then you’ll completely mess up the first bill and charge for 3 lots of Broadband. #falseadvertising #StressEnhancer
