    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

    @bt_uk There is no internet on my street as something wrong with the fibre box. Postcode SL37TN. Why can't you send an emergency engineer to repair this asap as the whole street is without internet during exam times.horrible service breaking a working internet unnecessarily.

    @bt_uk still my mum has no digital voice and therefore no landline. I call to get told the case is stuck in a system . Well get it unstuck. Disgusted an 80year old is left vulnerable with no ways of communication. Send this complaint to the chief exec and get it fixed . PLEASE!

    Hi @bt_uk your tagline be we connect for good isn't quite happening for my parents & frankly it's a disgrace. They're over 70 and have been waiting 4 weeks for you to turn their phone line on there no mobile signal where they now live, they need their landline, please sort ASAP
