@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk If you cared about uour customers you would make sure my internet was fixed!!! BT are useless and the worst part is you cant even fulfull a simple commitment to ring someonr back. No wonder ive still got no internet after 15 weeks. U cant even use a telephone!

@bt_uk Wow BT, this advert seems to be backfiring on you. Seems your WiFi isn't as good as you claim in your advert, judging the number of customers reporting issues. I, myself, have 5 of your routers in a drawer somewhere. Only after buying a third party router did my problems stop.
