@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk first time I've ever been disappointed in years as a customer. 3 mobile contracts, TV w. sport & broadband. Culling bills I rang to query the broadband. 51.99 seems excessive just to have internet at home. Locked in. Can get me more speed for same money), or £800 to go.

@bt_uk still waiting for my modem to arrive. Fibre was fitted Friday with no modem sent ahead of time and then the same day, the existing modem/internet won’t connect. So we have no internet for 4 days, whilst working from home. Poor service. Any assistance or compensation?
