Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk Just a quick update. 4 days on the new hub 6 and not a problem at all. One reload on day 1 at 0130 for a firmware update but not a peep since. My work video conferences are the smoothest they have been in months! Thanks for a great service 👍
