He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.
