Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

Get emails and texts that contradict each other and each time I get through to talk they have to redirect and the process starts all over again. Monopoly dictates poor delivery.
