    @bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @btsport anyway you have an option to turn the commentators off on the @ManUtd game barring turning the sound down. Robbie Sausage and his mate can’t even pronounce names correctly and doing my nut in 😩😩

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

    @bt_uk The 4g mini hub you’ve sent me isn’t working. It doesn’t show up when I search for it under Wifi. Tried a hard reset & held the button down. Any ideas?

    Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

    Our BT internet is down which is a massive pain. Although not fixed @BTCare have been excellent. Without asking they provided free unlimited mobile data on all mobiles and sent a 4g hub.

    @bt_uk No. What you can do now is tell me how you are going to compensate me for the time I have WASTED trying to get a connection with you. I used up my annual leave and took unpaid days off work because I was left without broadband! I have never had to chase a company like this before

    @bt_uk I placed an order for my 88 year old Nan over a month ago and it is still not working. She is elderly, disabled and vulnerable and has no phone line as her existing provider cancelled her phone line. Unacceptable!
