    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    @bt_uk what’s happening with my service is that I am being ripped off badly, I was promised Halo 3 hybrid with an EE router and have just been told that to get that, I need to pay £60 a month for broken broadband. You advertise that service for £29

    @bt_uk having a mare with customer services. You closed down my account by mistake.I took out a new contract. You've still taken an £860 cancel fee despite saying you wouldn't. Just called to rectify it + got cut off. Patience wearing thin! Can you get in touch to sort pls?

    @bt_uk Wont answer his phone. tried all day. Tried calling BT and the lady I spoke to (as nice and polite as she was) couldn't help either. its a very rural property with no phone signal as well which makes it worse. Its more that I now have to take a second day off!!

    @bt_uk I’m getting those speeds, yes. Those were the highest speeds you said you could deliver - I’d happily have paid more, but you told me the infrastructure wasn’t capable. As it stands, I receive speeds 30% slower than the average Fibre 1 customer, but pay the same

    @Plusnet Since the Youview update a few days ago the box is now painfully slow! Really delayed responses when pressing buttons etc. I've noticed other people on here are also experiencing this issue. Is a resolution being worked on? @BTCare @YouViewSupport
