@btsport would it be possible to do a pay per view or subscription service? Only want to watch the #GallagherPremFinal but don’t have BTSport.

  • jasonplom Jason Plom (@jasonplom) reported from Corringham, England

@AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

  • Karbs1961 Marc Karbaron (@Karbs1961) reported from Basildon, England

@bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

  • Mattpsychol Matt Brown (@Mattpsychol) reported from Bicknacre, England

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

  • stone_craig Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England

@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@btsport Shame we knew that was in before he hit it well bad delay between coms and picture

  • LaMC1987 La Coltelli ⭐️ (@LaMC1987) reported from Basildon, England

@bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

  • JonStannard Jon Stannard (@JonStannard) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

@premierleague serious questions need to be asked about the ref and VAR. If Pickford had broken VVD leg? No action? Still accountable for his actions, the offside is irrelevant. #Peterwalton @btsport

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk you’ve got to be *************** now, broadband down again this since Saturday, it’s been fine all night then day time it’s off again, not good enough at all, don’t expect me to be paying this month!

  • Cover4Caravans Richard Burgess (@Cover4Caravans) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

  • stuart_dew stuart dew (@stuart_dew) reported from Rochford, England

So @btsport take my money, send me a million emails about taking my money but can’t log in to watch the UFC tonight or find anyone to help me. Proper shit show.

  • LaMC1987 La Coltelli ⭐️ (@LaMC1987) reported from Basildon, England

@bt_uk disgusted at the service been without no internet for nearly 10 hours and been fobbed off each time with it will be fixed within 2 hours really? Total Wi-Fi not impressed!!!! 🤯

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.
