    @bt_uk disgusted at the service been without no internet for nearly 10 hours and been fobbed off each time with it will be fixed within 2 hours really? Total Wi-Fi not impressed!!!! 🤯

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk hi, I hope you are well. My WiFi is down - it's got to hybrid connect - only 10% of normal speed. It's been on hybrid for 36 hours. Is there an issue in Glasgow (G13) area? Hybrid great but not powerful enough for work Been thru troubleshooting to no avail TIA

    @bt_uk It's incredibly slow or not loading at all on my PC too. Only twitter, other sites are OK. Twitter is fine over mobile data which is also bt.

    @bt_uk Yes delays do happen but bad attitudes are something that can be changed. Out of principal I will be cancelling my contract to go with SKY who give great customer service.

    @bt_uk just moved home and was told by BT there would be no interrupt to my service…..hello….you have just delayed the connection by another week and sent a hub that couldn’t even drive a phone connection never mind working at home. To top it all they said I could not complain

    @bt_uk why does my dad's hub keep disconnecting from the internet? We get a blue light for 20 mins then it goes pink and cuts off for 5 mins then comes back. We can't use the service atm because of how unstable it is, Manchester M40 area??
