  @BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

  @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  @bt_uk @TRS0211 It’s not a one off issue the Jon jones fight a few week ago didn’t work for hours, ufc is literally the only reason I pay for bt and it keeps messing up, strangely no issues last week when it was ppv so an extra £20 on top of my subscription
