    Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

    @bt_uk Hi Bt, today you have changed the way to log in to Wi-Fi hot spots as a broadband customer. It now takes you to a new page, but then when u put in your details just takes you back to the old login page. It doesn’t work. Please can you fix / message me
