Argh. If having to move out of my apartment after a breakup wasn’t bad enough, I’ve just been quoted £630 to cancel my @bt_uk contract even though I cannot move the service to my temporary new location as BT Fibre isn’t available. WTF?!

@bt_uk We’ve been on numerous calls and chats with BT and the answer is that it’s not your problem as @DisneyPlusHelp should just ‘know’ which ranges of dynamic IP addresses you use in the UK. Disney say they need a list from BT (tech team to tech team) to update their whitelist.
