    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    @bt_uk I’ve been a customer for 25 years and today have asked for a better deal on broadband and phone as sky are cheaper to be told you can’t help. Very disappointed and I didn’t want to have leave but times are hard

    @bt_uk @bt_uk despite waiting 57 minutes before BT tech could speak to me today and the engineer not turning up, I received an email just now - which I’m unable to respond to saying “We’ve close your complaint”. Huh???? Your ref: VOLO13-725955054880. My broadband hasn’t been fixed yet!!

    @bt_uk hi BB fault. no engineer showed up. rang to ask why & told fault in my area with no resolution time. No fault showing when I put in my phone number. Now received email telling me my BB is up and running (it isn't) and that my fault has been closed.Poor

    Any chance you can help and 83-year-old lady customer of yours, living on her own with broadband connection issues. Upload speeds of less than 5mb, and streaming issues. @bt_uk not answering calls and when one answered, cut off with no call back @MartinSLewis

    I have been waiting over ONE YEAR for @bt_uk business broadband to be installed with many failed/unattended installation appts and numerous unbelievably poor excuses - including another for todays 8am appt - despite SMS & emails confirming installation (ref IMP-110419290)
