@bt_uk I spoke to someone after I was on hold for 40 minutes today, 30 minutes gave up, 30 minutes gave and first try 60 minutes... over last 2 days, altogether that’s nearly 3 hours just to get an answer. If you want to help ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Seriously, it’s totally unacceptable.
