As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
