Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

@Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

@bt_uk Not your customer but BT own the network with @OpenreachHelp. Its always a nightmare moving in the UK and I already accepted a month wait for internet, now it'll be end of Jan till I can get transferred due to your process. If there's a way around let me know but I doubt it.

@bt_uk @EE Internet keeps dropping out since going digital, despite now on ‘Complete’ Wi-Fi Mobile phone signal indoors is terrible since changing from BT to EE! Additional disc not arrived as promised. Not happy 👎
