    @bt_uk I’m having connectivity issues with my games console. The router is barely 15ft away but the game is freezing/jumping and keeps displaying ‘connection interrupted’ symbols

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    Imagine my surprise to get home and find that @bt_uk have failed to fix the fault by the promised date (again) and failed to provide any updates. Actually, not surprised at all. It's the total disdain towards their customers that is so infuriating.

    @bt_uk Done that, still keep losing our connection, hub disconnects and flashes different colours, orange, red, green and then finally goes back to blue. Unacceptable that you refuse to fix our issues which have been constant. I will fix it then by changing suppliers. #btripoff

    @bt_uk Residential. There is no broadband at all right now. Not sure how long it's been off. Last 4 days almost nothing, very weak connection. I have a video if you want to see how bad it's been?

    @bt_uk tale of bad service. I use my email from my PC every week day but you have chosen to close and delete my email account. I raised this on Apr 28 and now have to wait until May 10 for the ECR team to contact me, they are too busy before then!
