Dragon Signs (@dragonsigns) reported from Ticehurst, England@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. Daniel Shade (@shade306) reported from Ashford, England@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?
-
Stuart Smith (@sahara_marathon) reported from Leeds, England@BTCare. How many times should I expect to ask for an envelope to return equipment to you? I’ve requested on three times now with no envelope arriving. Is that normal service?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk Today I have with the help of Abdi in BT Stockport, finally resolved the issue. Took a little time but was aware of the known problem and should be recognised for her determination in getting sorted. Allison Kirby take note & dont hack loyal long standing customers off.
-
Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@bt_uk Not able to do this as I have no phone signal-hence need internet.
-
Dan Reardon (@DanReardon76) reportedDear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported@WasSamLowryEsq @bt_uk @openreach The French call it demerdisation. Removing the ****. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
-
jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
-
KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.

Gizmo (@Gizmo83508413) reported@bt_uk Done that already. I might be going mad here. It's your sodding website. It shouldn't be down to me to chase a fix ETA on a fundamental problem you have. This should be information on the website and with you, surely?
