@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk . BT WILL BLAME YOU AND SAY ITS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DISCONNECTED YOUR LINE WHEN CONNECTING SOMEONE ELSES AND THEN TAKE OVER A WEEK TO FIX IT AND 2 WEEKS TO CALL YOU TO TELL YOU NO COMPENSATION IS DUE AS IT WAS YOUR FAULT THEY DIDNT BOOK APPOINTMENTS THAT FAILED.
