    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    Ok @bt_uk so I was supposed to hear from a manager regarding my ‘very urgent’ complaint within 24-48 hours. I haven’t heard anything and now been sent a bag to return my box!! How can I cancel a service i never had, 83 days after I first ordered it!! This is now ridiculous!! 😡👎🏻

    Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

    After almost 20 minutes on hold with @bt_uk @BTCare because they have charged me almost £70 for a service that I no longer have with them I hung up! I have moved my broadband from you and cancelled my landline. Maybe now its time to cancel the mobiles as well!

    @bt_uk I'm a BT Full Fibre 100 customer paying £39.99 a month and I've just recommended my neighbour who is switching over but he's getting Full Fibre 300 for the same price. Are you able to upgrade me for the same price?

    Horrendous customer service from BT! Monday on hold for 1hr 42 mins - it cut off as they shut at 8pm! Yesterday on hold for 50+ minutes - gave up and still on hold today after 25 minutes. @BTCare can you help?
