    @bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Sky charges for satellite dish to be moved back to Signal after some quincy bt engineer nudged it, I will remove neighbours line and refuse access and charge for Satellite dish if not sorted, 3 days to sort it if not I will do it and charges will be made to you

    @bt_uk External work done and when I ring up to organise set-up there's "nothing you can do" to bring the set-up forward from May 25th. Absolute joke in 2022 that it takes you that long. Please help, my partner has her dissertation due in weeks and we have no WiFi. (2/2)

    @bt_uk Engineer turned up to install FTTP on Friday, informed us the wrong van had been sent as required a cherry picker. Heard nothing in 48 hours. Already have Smart Hub etc. All ready to be connected. Any help?

    Anyone else had the new inflation-busting 9% increase on their @bt_uk broadband/tv/phone yet? Time to move on .... yet again! These nomadic treks thru 'New Customers Only' deals is tiresome. Still, saved £160 on my car insurance from current provider as a 'New Customer'. Madness!
