@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk Our WiFi is that bad we've had to update the router and put disks in every room just to get signal upstairs whilst paying £37.21 for it. Definitely looking for new provider after contract. Way too expensive. Utter ridiculous

@bt_uk Issue is not with the suppliers. Was speaking to an engineer today and they had everything ready to go and repaired since the 7th of May. Also why am I receiving overdue bills for an account that was cancelled and never even used. This was already settled over a phonecall.

@bt_uk Thanks - it's an issue with a local O2 mast. It's just that this has happened several times over the last year, outages that have lasted up to 24 hours. Never had the same issue with other networks
