@bt_uk I’m having connectivity issues with my games console. The router is barely 15ft away but the game is freezing/jumping and keeps displaying ‘connection interrupted’ symbols

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk I lost contact with a friend 9 days ago. CH45 area. We talk online every day… but he was having some issues last saturday (internet dropping for an hour or so thru the day) then went offline at 5pm and haven’t seen him online since. Hopefully this **** gets fixed soon.

@firebird506 @bt_uk We should provide those services in a way that isn’t big unit on pavements creating clutter though… The issue is BT don’t think about where they put them, because their using loophole let’s them place them without question.

@DrLindaDykes @bt_uk Ours was 0.1… We now use a ‘rural broadband’ service where it gets sent from a mast to a small dish on our house. Works very well. Speeds of 20mbps, but no problems streaming etc as the connection is not used by lots of other properties. (Can get higher speed if we pay more)

@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk Hi, fibre in Upton, Wirral via Openreach has been down since Tues 5th Oct. Any ETA on having the service restored? Mobile 4G allowance will soon expire. Thanks.
