@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

Hi @bt_uk my 90 yr old grandmother’s new BT corded phone hasn’t worked since it was installed 3 wks ago (no calls in or out). She lives alone and not being able to contact her is obviously distressing. We haven’t been able to reach a human in 3 wks to address this. Can you help?
