    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @btbusinesscare I’ve been on WhatsApp for 1 hour now and darent hang up. If it’s not replacing our fibre bb then being charged DOUBLE for just the dongle, no phone line and most basic service is outrageous. I’m also being charged for kit I was told would be FOC!!!!

    @bt_uk Hi, I raised an issue with my BT Cloud at the beginning of December and was directed to a page stating an update would be released the following week. 6 weeks later there is no update and my BT Cloud is not working, only a hidden icon indicating all files synced. Any update?

    @bt_uk I've lost a job. I've lost a wage we DESPERATELY needed. We have no money and no work and now I need to use my mobile data so my kid can learn I'm a social media manager. This is not acceptable especially to a long term customer. We had the gall to make a change and here we are.
