@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

So #Raw didn't record on Tuesday (1am UK Time) on my @skytv Box for some reason & I pay for @BTSport but when I go through #OnDemand via my @skytv Box it won't let me download it. It's says some 💩 about upgrading or reactivating your subscription? W.T.F? Someone help.

@GBNEWS Finally this gets covered - customer service via telephone has been shocking - 1hr23 mins I've waited for @Barclays and 1hr5mins for @bt_uk utterly shocking - no excuse, if staff are working from home, why the wait?

@Alichat66 @witherjay @bt_uk When mine went down they said they would send someone to check the junction box. Then said no problem at junction box so if it’s inside property it’s £150 fix. Eventually turned up a week later and, yup, one of their engineers had unplugged me at the junction box 🙄
