  • m_a_r_t_j_n young martin 🇪🇺 (@m_a_r_t_j_n) reported from Hastings, England

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DrewMerson DrewMerson (@DrewMerson) reported

@bt_uk The line test detected a fault (again). It’s due to be fixed by Thursday, apparently, but now, rather than cutting out, the internet is completely down. And despite your guarantees and promises, and the generally slow/patchy service, you’ve still never sent me a mobile hotspot.

  • integraps Michael Stephen Day (@integraps) reported

Annoyed with @bt_uk who have put back the installation of fibre to Integra Towers until 16th April from today. The fibre has been installed to the property but now weeks before they can apparently connect it. #FAIL

  • GeoffRamm Geoff Ramm (@GeoffRamm) reported

Does anyone at @btbusinesscare @bt_uk care enough to contact me as I am currently right in the middle of some shocking cx customer service right now. 19 years in business today - you always know how to screw things up

  • gtrowb1 Gemma T (@gtrowb1) reported

@bt_uk I’m a new customer starting from scratch. Ideally I’d like to have my router delivered to my current address to take to my new one. Is that possible? Will need internet ASAP after move-in to WFH

  • LtdUnitec Unitec Communications Ltd. (@LtdUnitec) reported

@btbusinesscare Been trying to get a refund on a Bband overpayment for nearly 3 weeks. Spoke to an advisor yesterday who said he would ring back this afternoon and he rang at 09:30 and then again at 17:56 for one ring. Can someone help as the refund would come in handy right now

  • motherbear101 Kelly Abraham (@motherbear101) reported

@bt_uk They plead ignorance but it can’t just be a coincidence that every time they are up a pole round here our internet starts going up and down like a yo yo

  • waynechivers1 Wayne (Wazza) Chivers (@waynechivers1) reported

@bt_uk Part 2. I ring back and the system says it will be at least half an hour, as they are busy. Nice way to treat a new customer, I think this could be dead in the water before it starts.

  • JordanH66637331 Jamal🇲🇦 (@JordanH66637331) reported

@bt_uk I just got off the phone to your customer service as I just signed up for your broadband and having problems with the connection and received the worse service

@bt_uk As it was before. We have been having problems for months with our connection, and are really put out that nothing seems to have been fixed today after finally having an engineer out to help. He said that there might be a problem with our router and he has--

  • pseveruscarter Paige 📚🎮 (@pseveruscarter) reported from Sudbury, England

@bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--
