@bt_uk I was promised a call last night between 17:00 and 19:00 and no call came - basic customer service would dictate that if you promise a call, you call.

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

Chris McWilliams (@berbamcwillyz) reported from New Romney, England

young martin 🇪🇺 (@m_a_r_t_j_n) reported from Hastings, England
@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

Massive thanks and respect to the two @bt_uk engineers who braved horrible weather to finally get my phone line installed this morning. They were great. Now the wait for broadband activation.

Watching the replay in slow mo sways the ref. Can’t blame VAR tho we didn’t play our best passing and defensive line, we got lucky few occasions. #BHALIV #btsport #PremierLeague @btsportfootball @LFC @SkySportsPL
-
Touchline Manager (@touchline_mgr) reported
Gosh they’re all idiots on @btsport TV. That is a penalty all day long. VAR tells the ref to have another look. Robertson didn’t get the ball and therefore penalty. Bad defending. Too rash. VAR worked well today.

AMindBeingSpoken (@BeingSpoken) reported
@btsport Des Kelly has slipped into trying to be confrontational and make headlines there instead of responsible journalism. Poor. He’s better than that! #LFC @DesKellyOBE

JWR (@CheekyLFC1990) reported
@btsport Baffling really. Last week Mike Riley stated that "any contact does not mean it's a penalty". The contact needs to be sufficient and the player in control of the ball. Neither applied to todays decision. Looking at slow motion replays distort the reality of what happened
-
Dijkinho (@Dijkinho) reported
Not sure what @btsport aren’t getting. Klopp issue is not that BT have 12:30pm slots. The problem is BT chose CL clubs after playing Wednesdays at 12:30pm. Choose another team. Man U & Chelsea played Tues. choose THEIR fixtures!! @mrjakehumphrey

bo jo (@propp67) reported
@btsport it's your billions going into this game you need to exert some pressure on this car bullshit or We Are switching off... Best league in world to worst refereed games on the world.. Give attackers benefit of doubt in off sides Do not go on slow motion for tackles in the

BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England
@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.
