@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

@bt_uk The line test detected a fault (again). It’s due to be fixed by Thursday, apparently, but now, rather than cutting out, the internet is completely down. And despite your guarantees and promises, and the generally slow/patchy service, you’ve still never sent me a mobile hotspot.

Michael Stephen Day (@integraps) reported
Annoyed with @bt_uk who have put back the installation of fibre to Integra Towers until 16th April from today. The fibre has been installed to the property but now weeks before they can apparently connect it. #FAIL

@bt_uk They plead ignorance but it can’t just be a coincidence that every time they are up a pole round here our internet starts going up and down like a yo yo

Wayne (Wazza) Chivers (@waynechivers1) reported
@bt_uk Part 2. I ring back and the system says it will be at least half an hour, as they are busy. Nice way to treat a new customer, I think this could be dead in the water before it starts.

@bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--
