@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

@matthewmarley @bt_uk We were the exact same mate ours got delayed by 3weeks when we moved in due to their incompetency and there communication was terrible aswell I would avoid at all cost and would not recommend them

@bt_uk Alannah, im sorry, but 3 days we have been due an engineer, and 3 days we've had to contact you. A lack of resource is not my problem. Don't book appointments with customers if you don't have staff to fulfil them. All booked weeks in advance, and not one person contacted us first
