@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

@bt_uk This is such a fun Friday. Connection keeps dropping, completely disconnecting me therefore crashing my laptop. Also so slow when using it. To make things worse the only advice given is for me to purchase a plan that is DOUBLE what I am paying.

@bt_uk I’m currently in the position of having no broadband again and am having to use the terrible mini hub to get 4mins of internet per hour! You left me with no internet over Christmas and 3weeks after it was fixed. The cable has blown again. So another 3 days back on the mini hub!

If you are an @EE customer and they try and get you to 'upgrade' to @bt_uk for no extra cost - DON'T or check what tariff they're moving you to. Chances are you're being fobbed off with inferior broadband without realising it.

Only with @bt_uk would you upgrade your broadband package, receive an email confirming said new package & then see ridiculously slow broadband speeds 2 weeks later. A live chat & phone call later tells you they’ve not closed the order. No apology, nothing about guaranteed speeds
