@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk I need to complain about your live chat. I was asking them to look into an issue with my broadband when working from. I stated that my wife was on a video call and to not refresh the hub. They however, did this anyway. I need to speak to someone about this complaint

@bt_uk why is the broadband always going out? There’s always issues here and especially through lockdown when we’ve been stuck at home and we can’t use the WiFi it’s very annoying. The neighbours using sky WiFi have been absolutely fine the entire time what is wrong with BT??
