    @bt_uk you’ve got to be *************** now, broadband down again this since Saturday, it’s been fine all night then day time it’s off again, not good enough at all, don’t expect me to be paying this month!

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk you’ve cancelled my BT sport subscription for the SECOND time since I’ve been a customer. You offered me credit on my account and now I’m stuck on hold unable to watch the game. Shambles

    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    Day 5 of no @bt_uk broadband after a home move last week. Activation due last friday but currently 'system error' is preventing service. Absolute shambles. If @SkyHelpTeam can provide a quick activation then I'll switch tomorrow.

    @bt_uk you said this … I'm sorry about the delay with your service I've checked and you'll get excellent coverage indoors and outdoors on 4G-enabled devices. It wasn’t!! no broadband for days 2 cancelled appointments, still waiting for a manager to call!!!! Shocking

    @btbusinesscare Openreach confirm all addresses within this CFP project were signed off as ready for service, meaning all beneficiaries could place orders with ISPs to get the fibre installed into their premises. PLEASE REPLY WITH DIRECT PHONE NUMBER OF SOMEONE AT BT WHO CAN ARRANGE THIS NOW

    @bt_uk If you think it is unacceptable I thought there may be some way of speeding up the process. It seems crazy that it would take 12 days to fix an issue. I moved into my new property on 28th May and seemingly won’t have broadband until 30th June at the earliest.

    @bt_uk That's great service, James! Sadly I'm with @SkyUK, who keep putting their prices up every 6 months & don't have 24 hour help any more! May have to come back to BT! No issues on your tool but our number is no longer BT (though was connected with you 1938 until circa 2010)!

    @btsport I just paid £25 for a monthly pass without being told that your service does not work on LG TVs - it seems that this is known and deliberate. Stupid question I’m sure but why don’t you tell people this before they join? Bit of a scam is it?

    @bt_uk my WiFi has gone down, I've been charged for now tv which I haven't been able to use for the past 4 months due to it not working on my youview box and I cant cancel because I have to pay £200? Wtf man
