Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Ditton and nearby locations:

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • kevcorb Kevin C (@kevcorb) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Thanks to a broken Sky dish I'm having to watch the BTSport version of Gillette Soccer Saturday.... it's like watching the BDO darts once the PDC has finished.

  • mrslring Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

  • MikeHead8 Mikey Mike Timebomb (@MikeHead8) reported from Swanley, England

@MashStPaddy @btsport @BarrowAFC @bromleyfc Tv never cares about fans it's just it was never affecting us before .

  • johnbarbiebutt john flood (@johnbarbiebutt) reported from Stone, England

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

  • stubro1970 Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk That would be sensible, in the meantime I guess I'll be paying for a service I'm not getting..

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • Road2Kili Darren Young (@Road2Kili) reported from Gillingham, England

@ufc worrying that a new UFC Champion celebrates by using a pretend gun to shoot the crowd... @btsport best thing to happen your transmission going down!

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England

Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • WhiskyOneIce Mark (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@NilWil1972 @bt_uk Bad move Nils 😕 Tell them you want Hub 5 back.... Halo is very unstable so my BT engineer mates tell me 🙄

Trying to blackmail me into signing a new contract instead of fixing a problem is bad, bad customer service @bt_uk

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@btsport you’ve hyped that fight up for over two weeks making this absolutely piss poor opponent a challenge for DDD, this idiot wasn’t even amateur! Proper rubbish boxing on BT again, taking nothing away from DDD can only beat what’s in front of him

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

  • TonTonStu StuartT 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 🇫🇷 (@TonTonStu) reported

@bt_uk I shouldn't have bothered. The DM with the promised "update" turns out to be nothing more than telling me to "contact 150" - which I have done for 6 days now, with no progress and no help.

  • TonTonStu StuartT 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 🇫🇷 (@TonTonStu) reported

@bt_uk what do you think I've been doing every day for the past week??? It's your Mobile Team I've been speaking to every day. One week without a mobile phone!! Complete lack of phone service. Complete lack of customer service. Complete lack of customer care.

  • dannysayer Danny Sayer (@dannysayer) reported

@OpenreachHelp 16 weeks still no internet. Work supposedly started on 25th October update due 27/10- no update, now wait till update on 5/11 but no idea of fix date just updates due. @bt_uk escalated issue to patch manager and Level 2 but still can’t get it fixed.

  • TonTonStu StuartT 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 🇫🇷 (@TonTonStu) reported

@bt_uk Phone still not working. I have sent a DM. Please confirm receipt.

@bt_uk service outage due to drink driver hitting mains box. Originally told would be 3-4 days to repair now it’s telling my won’t be till 16th Nov (3 weeks!!!) No phone signal in our area so no internet access. Assuming my bill will be altered this month?!

  • James_____C James_____ (@James_____C) reported

@bt_uk can you advise if there are issues in Farnham GU10 3_ _ postcode area? Broadband dropping out intermittently over the past few weeks

  • jeremy_hume Jeremy Hume (@jeremy_hume) reported

@markchampness @bt_uk Sweden never imposed a national lockdown/mandatory mask wearing. Sweden has fewer deaths per million than the UK. It's not because of population density, Manchester has recorded more deaths than Stockholm (a similar size city). Boris Johnson's restrictions will achieve nothing.

  • Dollypeg51 Rachel Shannon (@Dollypeg51) reported

@bt_uk hi Elaine M most of my channels have disappeared and retuning doesn’t help. Keeps saying weak signal but it’s 96%? Please can you help? I can only get BBC1 and 2 and subscription channels

  • KOJmusician Kevin Oliver Jones (@KOJmusician) reported

@bt_uk tried to call you several times about ridiculously slow Wi-Fi! I’ve stopped the direct debit so I’m sure you’ll be in touch soon! Happy to pay for a service that works … at the moment yours does not!

  • StepBD Prof Stephen Boyd Davis (@StepBD) reported

@bt_uk I have been a loyal - and generally happy - customer of BT for many years. I recently took out a new BT landline/broadband contract which offered 700 minutes per month. There was an error by BT in setting this up...
