    @BTCare have sent you a few DM due to broadband keep crashing! Happening every hour and lasts 10 mins! Systems saying to issue in area but that’s not case as keeps happening!

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk hello. I was without broadband for upwards of 4 hours yesterday, due to the time it took for the engineer to resolve the issue. He was fantastic, I want that noted. Is there likely to be some compensation provided for loss of service? Many thanks, James

    @bt_uk I've cancelled. Spoke to a customer service rep, all I asked was for an email to be sent to me confirming our conversation regarding the poor service so far and I didn't even get that. Nothing promised has been followed through from the first day so I've returned to @virginmedia

    @bt_uk Order / fault related. Issue with current broadband, told needed to upgrade, placed order to upgrade. Engineer came today. Said he couldn't do it. So now I'm left in limbo. Old kit installed but next to useless, new kit here but not installed!

    @bt_uk @EE am a Halo 3+ with baffling internet issue. Engineer back again - but now EE is down so #4G back up useless. Same organisation so pls talk to each other and give eta of @EE fix please. Have to relocate for work if not fixed today 🥴

    @bt_uk DM sent. Broadband dropped out at approx 12:38, was off for about 1 hours then dropped in and out for a few times before finally settling down. At all points no fault reported or visible on any BT help site or number.
