We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

@bt_uk I have been told it was made a welfare case several weeks ago and still no further forward. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone to BT, been promised numerous call backs that don’t happen, issues still not resolved. People move house every day it should be straight forward

@JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK I was with Sky till recently but went full fibre a few weeks ago. You will not regret it if you switch in my experience. My Dad got talked out of his Giganet service by Shell Energy not realising he was going back to copper. He reverted with great support.

@bt_uk No point. BT sent out an engineer yesterday who didn't have the skillset so they closed the case. I reopened it and they've booked to come back on the 2nd. Leaving BT ASAP. Cost me over £250 and offered £26 in compensation. Horrible for a multi billion £ corporation.
