  @bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

  @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

  @bassetnormand @clarescastle @btbusinesscare It's a shame because they had a lot of inbuilt loyalty just because so many of us started off with BT and have never seen cause to change. 30 years is a long run but they did absolutely nothing to try and keep our business
