    @Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

    @bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

    @bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

    @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here

    @bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. I need someone to own the problem, report back to me on progress of a Welfare Issue.

    @bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.

    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
