    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @bt_uk I've spoken to 2 different advisors in the last 10 minutes, the first made me confident I am correct to leave your company the second 'susie' has just about restored my faith in your company, she epitomised customer service and actually made me feel valued as a customer

    @bt_uk Thanks, Clare. I ordered my service last yr for a 03/02 start. The date has moved 5 times and I still don’t have a confirmed date. What’s the typical wait time for existing customers to get connected? Presumably management monitor that as a KPI.

    @BTCare hi can you help me please -my dad is 80 and not great with technology-he has broadband /phone line and mobile phone with you -Sunday he rang and they told him EE were now in charge of his mobile and today he received a sim from EE but he wants to keep his old number

    @bt_uk I tried the APP on my Mobile but that did not work at all. The Website should work and if you follow the "Help" or enter the URL provided with your Hardware then most of these Pages do not exist. Help still references "CHAT" that has not worked for years!

    @bt_uk Ok, wasn't asking for me was asking for a family member ,they've had heaps of problems with your services, been told many a customer support employee that they've been paying for free view, and are now being charged for trying to leave bt ,regardless of all their issues...
