@bt_uk Of course not. Was told it can’t be turned back on. I’m stuck waiting on ANOTHER hub to be sent and have to rely on using my phone as a hot spot for my other lecture starting in 10 minutes. As an international student here in the UK, this is the WORST experience I’ve had so far.

@bt_uk Unless this is an @WeAreOpenreach thing? I don’t know. Either way, I’ve had three techs out, and none have been able to install the service because of access issues. There’s clearly a missing line of communication, and it’s resulted in nothing but headaches for me.

@bt_uk Yes the follow call was due the 27th but the fix was today …. If I let a customer down again I would follow up today instead of just leaving the client fuming with no information… should have gone with @SkyUK or @VirginMediaCorp or anyone really
