  • AnnieBabes
Annmarie (@AnnieBabes) reported from Crayford, England

@CosPearlyTog @MattyBanksDRFC @btsport @WWEUK Hopefully but don’t forget that sky was the reason we couldn’t (legally) watch the network for months after it first launched.

  • Cover4Caravans
Richard Burgess (@Cover4Caravans) reported from Billericay, England

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

  • caroleanne327
    Carole-Anne 💙 (@caroleanne327) reported from Crayford, England

Anyone else having problems with #google on #btinternet @bt_uk Search engine not working but bookmarked pages load fine

  • DartfordTown
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  • baldybeardyguy
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

  • DanHewitt2011
Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@btsport you’ve hyped that fight up for over two weeks making this absolutely piss poor opponent a challenge for DDD, this idiot wasn’t even amateur! Proper rubbish boxing on BT again, taking nothing away from DDD can only beat what’s in front of him

  • JanetEBaldwin
Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

  • trip285
Samuel Butler (@trip285) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

Hey @bt_uk im not impressed with your live chat service and wheres the deal in paying you £12 for btsport when i can pay @Sky_Service the same to get it and probably get a better deal with them

  • baldybeardyguy
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • baldybeardyguy
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England

Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

  • BeckyMcDonaldpt
Rebecca McDonald (@BeckyMcDonaldpt) reported from Gillingham, England

@Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

  • Becsmas
Bex Mason (@Becsmas) reported from Crayford, England

  • martinc1970
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • golfingampm
Chris Callaway (@golfingampm) reported from Billericay, England

I only subscribe to @btsport to watch football so I may as well cancel my subscription and reconsider again in a few months.

  • loulou009
Louise Lfc (@loulou009) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk hi, is there a problem with the bt sport app? Everytime I want to watch a sport channel is just goes back to the home page

  • martinc1970
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • uk12345
ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England

@bt_uk I'm not new customer been with you for years I just had a new box about 3 weeks ago cos I was having problems with my old 4K box

  • baldybeardyguy
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dkeight
    David Keight (@dkeight) reported

@bt_uk We are currently leaving BT business contract after being a customer for decades. The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c

  • laggyteabag
    Joey (@laggyteabag) reported

@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

  • CarolLo58903853
    Carol Lord (@CarolLo58903853) reported

@bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕

  • brian_mcbride1
    Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported

@bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?

  • leedvnprt
    lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported

@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!

  • TheEtonRifle
    Et0nRifle (@TheEtonRifle) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, 2 days of issues and I can't report on the site or app becasue that service is down! What are we supposed to do?

  • alreetson
    namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported

@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

  • jellywellys99
    Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported

@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card

  • MinsterStudios
    Kerry Sumner (@MinsterStudios) reported

@bt_uk very disappointed that no one has been in touch regarding my complaint or actioned anything at all. The executive team were supposed to get back to me yesterday
