@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

@bt_uk After complaining about our poor Internet connection we were told an engineer would visit to assess the issue last Wednesday. Engineer didn't show up or reach out to us. Now we've tried calling customer support only to wait 40 minutes and have the line dropped...twice...

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help
