@bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@TheFabledAesop @bt_uk Just telephone your telephone provider if you have any issues. Same with anything that comes from HMRC. Call them, talk to a human. What I got is, they confirmed it was a scam call but they say the trouble is blocking the number because the scammers keep changing it.

Now @bt_uk that the long delayed FTTC order is stuck due to account merging & data integrity is working on it but their system was down yesterday. How long do I need to keep being forgiving for the bureaucracy until I realise the service taken by BT can't be given back by BT?
