For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

@bt_uk Look into the old accounts and see yourself..no explanations given just cancelled twice. Service stopped. Then requiring next payment account closed 6 oct both complaints stopped by you. No reason given. Data request for deletion stopped as still a customer.

@bt_uk I switched to Sky on the 25th August, and BT still took my direct debit in September. My account still shows open, and my next bill date is tomorrow. Despite 2 calls to BT to sort I'm still none the wiser. Please point me to someone with the ability to sort this simple issue?
