    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk Yes the service we have is the standard outdated copper broadband which is no good for this era, I understand the ones above are 4G data, which is what we are using now because the other broadband is no good

    @bt_uk I don't know if I will be able to have time to call, we are due to be set up for broadband on the 5th, if it doesn't go through I suppose I could order from another company as I don't have time to fix mistakes that are not ours.

    @bt_uk Your engineer came round to fix a fault with my 87year old mother’s broadband router this morning. When he left, my mother discovered that not only does her router still not work, but her landline (which has been working fine) does not work either. Please can someone contact me.

    Almost 2 weeks without broadband. @bt_UK and @WeAreOpenreach continue to f**k up. Just been told that fibre team will let them know by Friday what the problem is... no mention of a fix yet. I'm tweeting every hour to shame them into fixing the mess. #dreadfulcustomerservice

    @bt_uk EE bill me, but the welcome email was from yourselves. I understand that this makes you a third party, but all I’m asking for is a little advice. Do you sell two ways of accessing your your app to EE? Is the app usage you sell to them the full version or a watered down one?
