@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

So sick of @bt_uk. Months waiting for a service to be installed, two missed appointments, all while paying over the odds... only to find out it was mis-sold. Then weeks more waiting for them to cancel it so they can give me a better price. Absolute farce.
