@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk Got a strange (potential minor security) issue. I mainly check my BT emails using Windows 10 email client. But every so often it stops syncing with BT and I have to re-input my password. But it only works if I use an old password that isn't actually my password anymore?

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.

@bt_uk hi, we’re receiving an intermittent signal in Horley. Please can you let me know when this might be resolved? We’ve had a large number of scam phone calls recently so hung up when we received a call about it
