    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk Jules, I have fibre to the premises at almost 300mbs and yet cannot maintain a reliable bandwidth in order to teach from home. An engineer of yours has been incredibly helpful with sending equipment to manage the issue but it has not improved. #teacherontheedge

    @bt_uk Yesterday, BT came to change my internet service to fibre.The boxes were fitted. the engineer said that he needed a hoist & would return in 1 hr.24hrs later he still hasn’t and btcustomer services have no advice.can you help please
