Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Happy to report that the @BTCare engineers working down our road for about 50 years now remain on form. Have cut broadband to half the area and gone home for tea. 👏 Second time in 6 weeks. Happily it's not like anyone is wfh or anything. OH WAIT.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp My FTTP went down on April 13th and still isn’t fixed. I’m constantly being given the run around between the fault being with BT or Openreach. As an NHS keyworker WFH I need a decent connection, please can someone give me a straight answer?

@iamsmarta @bt_uk I had this problem when I moved into our current place. As it was a new-build, the address existed in some systems but not others apparently. Mine is a FTTP line and I had to wait for the Openreach engineers to register the modem & address before ordering.

Is it too much to expect a reliable internet connection? Am I asking too much to expect this from @bt_uk ? Since Feb 2021 not experienced this. #smarthub2 doesn't work had 3! Engineer says old one better. Yet it's like pulling teeth to get one 1/3
