    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

    Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @bt_uk Wasn't what I was told when I upgraded. Was told you'd check the router was in the best place in the home and the signal was good in all areas. I didnt realise I had to set up the equipment myself. Lucky I put my name on the account, my 70 mum wouldn't have a clue

    @AnneAshworth @bt_uk must be I suppose on landline there's this delay then sinister automated voice starts no wonder people are unnerved & suddenly they seem to be spreading - bogus Amazon calls etc 😐 also we're registered with Telephone Preference Service ages ago but recently they started coming
