    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    Day 85 of waiting for @bt_uk broadband installation. Promised by TWO @bt_uk customer service reps this morning that today was the day for the work to be done. Cancelled work engagements to be at home… did they turn up? NO of course they didn’t. Absolute shambles #BT

    @bt_uk BT are rip off merchants. Staff don’t care or are badly trained. They are really hard to reach and force you down the AI bot route which is as intelligent as their routers (I.e. not) Go with literally anybody else for your own sanity
