    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Brian Thanks 4 t reply. I do now have an open complaint and complaint number. The irony is that the case officer has to cancel my original contract, wait 24hours, then create a new one in order to bring the FF install date forward! that's just crazy and inefficient right!

    So its now the 4th time @bt_uk have pushed my install date back for fibre broadband despite complaint escalation. My patience which was worn to the thinnest has now completely evaporated. Almost 2 since my 1st install date. Completely ridiculous.

    @bt_uk I’ve been your customer for the past 5 years and as my contract was ending I’ve decided to renew it. I was told “You won’t even notice” which ended up with me not having internet for the past 3 weeks and now waiting to be reconnected on the 21st of April ?!? Help pls !

    @btsport @btsportfootball the way I thought & the way it was explained was that anygame UR watching Ujust press the button & it puts that game into 4k. If I'd have had it explained more clear I think what I've discovered 2night is a big enough issue 4 me 2 have done a Uturn on BT
