@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk It’s a fault with the power at the cabinet. Openreach have already been out but can’t fix it because if they turn the power on for g-fast, it’s sets the cabinet live with 240v, so if anyone touches it they’ll get a shock. The problem is no one can tell me when it will be fixed

@bt_uk Thank You I've spoken to a BT rep via phone and am told that the issue is @OpenreachHelp and that we'll be without a landline, usable Broadband until mid October. but never mind I and several others in the street can just keep paying for something we haven't got. stay safe
