@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

@ladyjazmana That’s what I’m doing with BT. Was so tired of the slow speeds/no Internet and paying £55 for the privilege plus a land line (??) and BTSport (!!)

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

It will be ten days tomorrow @bt_uk with no broadband. Had @OpenreachHelp here since 0800 this morning reinstalling (again) into our house (3rd time), only to be told that its all plugged into the wrong exchange and he has no idea when it will be fixed. Utterly shocking service!!

@btbusinesscare what's the procedure when you don't act on a complaint after 16 working days? Multiple chases by me, lots of promised call backs, no contact from BT. Coincidentally, its about BT not processing the closure of our business account!
