@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk No...they can't fix the issue over the phone so the only solution is to send yet another engineer. Of course, not as a priority just fitting me in when they have a space. Empty apologies & no extra effort to sort the problem.

@bt_uk They have been, I have had to call them daily at least once since Friday. You consistently over promise & fail to deliver & don’t update the customer. Official complaint raised. The weak link is between BT & Open reach. Specialists in failure. Do customers matter?
