    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @btsport @dallaglio8 @WaspsRugby What about #CustomerTalk DD getting canceled tomorrow as no income #selfemployed means no cash to pay for a football service I was paying for & you don’t have. Be like @skytv & play the game!

    @BTCare @bt_uk @skytv Yep done that and they said 10 am today but now they can’t provide a fix date. That is nearly 36 hours and isn’t great given I work from home a d can’t use my emails. And we still can’t watch TV. Not great I have to say.

    It gets better @btcare Starting from the MyBT app navigate to Broadband and manage wi-fi it tells me to download the MyBT app. mmm bit of a problem here.

    @bt_uk @BTCare line has dropped on my BT Hub. Lights are purple. Are you aware of issues in 01706 Littleborough area currently? System uptime is 48 days but line has been dropping for days. Longest uptime 1 day shortest 4 hours

    @bt_uk again after being ignored by bt yet again. Your service is crap, keeps dropping and that waste of time backup device isn’t worth having as it doesn’t work at all…. Get me out of this hell hole of a contract!!!

    @bt_uk Hi, so no the SMS service didn't work because my number is linked to an old inactive account. I was promised a call back, but that didn't happen. I went outside and found and Openreach engineer working, so service was back on after an hour, but why wasn't I told about this work?

    @bt_uk @Apple BT cloud app is slowing down Mac. Have to close the app for computer usage. And open it after for syncing. Is it possible to rectify? Thanks

    @bt_uk BT is the new supplier and you’ve have around a months notice, the new connection was booked in for today and you have cancelled their current connection with talktalk. They were notified of the issue on Friday evening and will have now have landline from today. Can you help?

    @23shawthing @bt_uk I had same issue, had to get them to do it manually although not tried to spend it. They removed 2 old accounts but they have magically reappeared and causing issues again. Good luck
