Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
