She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.
