@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.
