She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
