    @BTCare Hi customer care Moved from Vodafone to BT. Connection was suppose to be live yesterday . Got a message that service is live ,but still no connection. Called customer care and it will take 4 days!!! During the week..how will I work?? Bitter experience BT care !

    @bt_uk If it were possible to identify the authors of the worst comments. I suggest they be made to participate in a special penalties competition arr by UEFA in full view of the MSM (attention they crave) and let’s see how they get on under that pressure! A lesson might be learned!
