I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
