    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    So, I ordered my home move with @bt_uk for BB and TV on December 27th 2022. Today, they have advised me that my installation date will be 1st June 2023!!!!! I live in SW LONDON! YOU ARE A DISGRACE. We cannot control our heating and my wife can't work. Seven years a customer!

    @bt_uk its a disgrace. Brand new customer, agreed to pay 17,99 for the first 6 months and they now charge me 22,99 When I ask why, its because of the landline I NEVER REQUESTED/WANTED. And when ask to get the cost and that removed, now they say it cant be done. TOTAL BS!
