Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband

Online Radio Stations based in Wigan and St Helens and Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea have also gone out at random times so it's in multiple areas as well are BT even on the problem fixing why the whole countries internet is going out at random times at the moment?
