    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    Just on the phone trying to resolve an issue with @bt_uk I asked the advisor to stop raising their voice at me and they have put me on hold for no reason. I have a legitimate issue trying to get resolved. This is a shambles of customer service. Been over 5minutes

    @bt_uk shocked to see how so many people (including me) have reported your service to be broken FOR DAYS and nothing has been done to fix it. Shameful. At least provide us with free mobile broadband while something is done. We are paying you at the end of the day.
