@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk We’re still having to reset the router three - four times a day, she keeps losing internet on her mobile phone. Internet fails to respond until it’s been on for a while on the desktop. Feels like the routers outdated and she’s just updated her agreement contracts. Poor signal.

@bt_uk It is not my tree or account I need help with getting my full fibra finished. Was ment to have been done on 14th nov but was cancelled openreach end without explanation n then after a load of problems rebooted for Dec2nd.Appantly the pod I was going to be connected was full.
