    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    Considering that a @bt_uk engineer at some point disconnected the phone service from my property to give it to someone else rather than solve the problem is the reason it may take up to 6 months to move my service... Well done 👍

    @bt_uk It doesn't seem to tune any channels no. I'm going to borrow a different cable and see if it's that. We're in a new build and apparently the aerial is in the roof and it's all been installed but maybe that's the issue.

    @bt_uk We already had an engineer come out, who didn't even inform me he had been. The problem has not been fixed and to be honest I don't think they even showed up at all. We now have to wait until Friday for a possible fix. This is my life, my home, my everything you are effecting.

    @BTCare make appointments telling me there are internal and external faults with my line but engineer arrives and says nothing wrong 11th engineer since March and still no resolution #notfitforpurpse
