    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk I can, but unless you reattach mum’s landline, which I’m told you can’t do, you can’t fix the problem at the moment. All I’m asking is that you not mark this one down as “satisfied customer” and keep the complaint open as long it takes you to fix the issue @bt_uk

    @bt_uk what a joke. Still no call back from a so called manager which was scheduled for 11.30am Sunday!! And now in my DMs asking is it re BT sport… NO … your broadband is rubbish!!!! See to it that I get a call back to sort this crap out 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Are you suddenly blocking You Tube? I can't connect to it but can do via VPN. Other BT users seem to be reporting the same problem on Twitter. It's like your adult content filter has kicked in.

    @bt_uk Awaiting a call back. A 3 day SLA is totally unacceptable. Refund required for the service you are not providing please. I have TV, Broadband and phone with you. Pretty poor

    Many people told me when I worked there BT were terrible but it’s not til you become a @BTBusiness customer you realise what they are talking about. It’s quite incredible that 9 mths down the line we still face issues with broadband and billing! Not good enough @btbusinesscare

    @bt_uk I cannot access youtube via browser (on pc or phone) when on BT wifi, since last night 9th May. Works fine in phone app. I've tried clearing cache and updating browser... any idea what's causing this? Seems to be a BT issue rather than a Youtube issue...
