You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

    @bt_uk Hi. When it drops it goes red to green to blue. It looks like the speed is slowly handshaking its way down to zero. Every drop restarts and lowers the speed

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. Itโ€™s a joke.

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. Iโ€™ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 โ€™advisorsโ€™ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that heโ€™s been paying ยฃ65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. Heโ€™s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk Your app doesnโ€™t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. Iโ€™ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. Itโ€™s really poor.
