@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk Our data is getting used due to the broadband coming on and off as it pleases , I have 3 phones with Bt and turned my data off mine ( no dat used) spare phone and daughters data all used in less then a day due to broadband switching itself on and off? And this one rude as hell?

@bt_uk Had to resort to the text chat which is just awful on a mobile and i would think that is a key way to use it when I have an outage. The connection just came back is there any way to know the reason why? Problem was not my end.

Fingers crossed BT customers will wake up tomorrow to a fully functional email service @bt_uk. Inconvenient to myself today, but undoubtedly a more significant issue for many others.
