@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

@btbusinesscare Well I hope it is soon. I can’t express how disastrous and costly this has been to our charity. The worst thing is, when we called, you just didn’t care... no sense of urgency, no empathy for our situation. How awful we have to call you out on Twitter before we can get action?

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

Did my broadband deal check. Logged into my @bt_uk account & was offered the exact up & down speed I currently have with BT (contracted until April 2023) for £16 extra a month! I can stick with what I have, or just throw £320 away for no reason. Possibly predatory deals? 🤔

@bt_uk @bt_uk BT's "fast and reliable wi-fi" cannot connect for more than a few seconds. In central London. Constantly disconnecting after signing in. Possibly the worst wi-fi in the world. It's just gone again. Premature disconnection. Give it some Wi-agra.

I really do not understand @bt_uk; their Fibre 2 package is £33/month for new customers but an eye watering £58/month for existing customers. So I’ve become a new customer at @Plusnet instead.

@mana_rugby @WorldRugby @SixNationsRugby What that the 6 Nations was on Amazon this year? A streaming service with no broadcasting experience. It was **** coverage vaguely saved by the fact it wasn't double paywalled by the 1/2 arsed BTSport.

@bt_uk Anyone else trying to use BT wi-fi in central London and finding out it doesn't work - the only thing that is fast and reliable about it is the instant disconnection once you sign in.

@OpenreachHelp Hi. My parents moved from @Plusnet FTTC to @bt_uk FTTP. It was due for install today, but BT got the dates wrong. Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?
