    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk I was able to mine pi cryptocurrency from my pi app via my home hub. Now I have to turn Wi-Fi off on my phone. Start a mining session on 4G. Then turn Pi network back on and so on. Never used to have to turn Wi-Fi off. Took me about 3 weeks to figure out you’d blocked the app.

    @bt_uk Hi. BT youview box catchup isn't working. Comes up with error code YVM105. Have tried restarting box/router, updating software but not working. WiFi and TV channels working fine. Any other cause for this?

    @bt_uk Hi there, I’ve not had a home phone plugged in to make and receive phone calls for some years… I’ve just been told I can cancel my phone number but keep my fibre into the house broadband… is that right? If so How? Thanks
