    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

    @bt_uk BT anaze me , got a. E mail from BT very quick to send there bill , but I have been on BT s back for the last 11 days to fix my internet, and gues what it’s still not working, honestly fed up with them.

    @bt_uk 32 phone calls later still not got my bttv package correct. They have big issues with the booking system. I would not bother!

    @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

    @btsport hi I’ve been trying to contact bt customer services on the phone a few times to cancel my bf sport package but can’t get through (been on hold 3 times for 30 mins+ and keeps cutting off). Please can someone get in touch urgently to help. Thanks

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk This is an issue with my mini hub which i am no longer using as my phone is much better. I took this picture this morning on my phone and my phone works fine when not connected to the mini hub.

    @bt_uk Because i have moved home and the visit i had for the 9th for an engineer was cancelled because i wanted to change the time from a morning visit to the afternoon. I have since had poor service and the mini hub is not allowing to watch a 5 minute video without disconnecting.

    @bt_uk BT is the worst organisation when it comes to service either to customers or staffs. I left BT on 7th Dec 2020 and now it's been 70 days and I have' received my experience letter and settelment amout. I am chasing them since 25th Jan 2021 and they have not yet provided any update

    @bt_uk I really don’t have the time or inclination to waste on another 2 hour phone call. Absolutely appalling customer service and I had been a prospective customer. That says it all. Anyone out there know how BT survives?

    NEVER EVER GO WITH @bt_uk worst customer service ever had. Decided to simply not turn up for Internet appointment and now have given us 24th as a date. Complaint as it stands up to £165 and not a chance accepting that, 100 things have gown wrong before them messing up with this.
