    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.     Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

    It was probably a mistake to trust that everything would go ok with the switch to @bt_uk for broadband. My existing service is set to cancel tomorrow, and the BT engineer who came to enable to my new one can't, cos someone had decided to sever the underground cable to my house.

    @bt_uk My nearest hotspot is 1.4 miles away, according to the BT Wifi app. In hindsight I should have arranged the new service with an overlap of a couple of weeks, but was trying to avoid paying for 2 services at once.
