@bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services, engineer came around today, having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

  • OllyShah Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England

@BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

  • JohnGubba John Gubba (@JohnGubba) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

  • JohnGubba John Gubba (@JohnGubba) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@btsport the uefa feed of this match is really poor. Where are the replays? @EuropaLeague #MUNCOP

  • CllrHelenTaylor Cllr Helen Taylor (@CllrHelenTaylor) reported from Maidenhead, England

@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

  • vodkachamp KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply Scott, more than Sky have done. I’m just very happy not to have gone with them for my telephone as well as they are rubbish, terrible service @skytv

  • mhunnibell Marcus Hunnibell (@mhunnibell) reported from Princes Risborough, England

COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

  • zubi89 Zubair (@zubi89) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

  • NeilGenders1 Neilly g (@NeilGenders1) reported from Chorleywood, England

@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

  • OllyShah Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

  • PaulWhelanTweet Paul Whelan (@PaulWhelanTweet) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

  • OutdoorDaveGB David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England

@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

  • karlos437 karl matthews (@karlos437) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@bt_uk major issues again in the SL7 area with #broadband #help been terrible for ever

  • CllrHelenTaylor Cllr Helen Taylor (@CllrHelenTaylor) reported from Maidenhead, England

@bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

  • angeljudi Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@angeljudi) reported

@bt_uk thanks for the digital changeover with no option to decline. Live in an area where VOIP required and home phone was for emergencies as mobile signal with any service provider non existent. So if internet down we now have zero communications.

  • elgobsucram Marcus 🇬🇧🇯🇲🇮🇪🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺✊🏾 (@elgobsucram) reported

Not @bt_uk hanging up on me mid-complaint/investigation

  • mdmarcou mdm (@mdmarcou) reported

  • CarrisaC6 Carrisa (@CarrisaC6) reported

@bt_uk just bought BT hotspot Wifi for 1 day. Couldn’t connect nor use the service. No help or advise is actually working on your website. I would like to demand a refund.

  • angeljudi Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@angeljudi) reported

@bt_uk Doesn't cover family members elsewhere in country trying to contact/vice versa in what may be deemed as an emergency situation. Or schools contacting me to inform me of an incident. It's not just emergency calls to blue light services.

  • dkj101 David Jeffery (@dkj101) reported

@bt_uk Well I'm fed up of paying for a service I don't get!!!!

  • angeljudi Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@angeljudi) reported

@bt_uk We have limited mobile access, with BT. This would be a short term fix but perhaps improving mobile coverage in poor coverage areas before working on fixed links would be a better idea? It seems that commercial business and tech is forgetting older demographic in UK....

  • KernowChris Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported

@bt_uk Working on Edge, have restarted Chrome and updated to the latest version, still not connecting via that browser. I hope it's only a session cookie that'll time out, it's just so damn inconvenient. BT Mail is still nowhere as 'good' as the previous Yahoo version.

  • oagrim1 olly (@oagrim1) reported

@bt_uk ordered a new WiFi & TV package, starting from 29/08. WiFi great but TV doesn’t recognise my BT Sport & Sky package and struggles to get the signal despite paying for a new aerial. Can I cancel the BT TV package & just stick to WiFi?
