    @btsport BT sport no working for 4 days know , have rang up customer service 4 times today they don’t have a clue how to get it going

    @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

    @bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

    @bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

    @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

    @bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @bt_uk BT are refusing to help me,because they keep extending my phone and Briadband contract without my permission, that’s twice in a month, Iam to scared to call them just in case they extend it again without my acknowledgment

    @bt_uk how terrible is they I rang BT to multi room BT off, and without telling me, a BT customer service advisor, extended my contract, that is so bad, I only found out today when I rang for another reason, I thought BT to honest m, people watch out for Advisors Bad

    @bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @knight247 @bt_uk Bt have actually been the only ones to do things right my dude. Don't think it was even possible for bots to get through this. Captcha at the start of the the queue, unique codes for every customer, site didn't burn down. Best launch so far. Sorry you didn't get one mate.

    @bt_uk Received a code... waited 1 hour in a queue... sold out. Have landline, broadband and 3 mobile phones with B.T. Surely customer loyalty should count for something. I know that I won't be the only one like this but it is still frustrating.

    @bt_uk Gutted I didnt get one. Managed to get down to like 820 in the queue! Joined at 8.15am at around 5200! Was so hopeful.

    @btbusinesscare Absolutely disgusted with BT Business! Broadband services due to be cancelled in 4 days time yet they are demanding full payment for next quarter because its too difficult to issue a new bill!! We are a small company and there is a pandemic! Awful service BT!!!
