@John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

@bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

As no reply or help from @bt_uk have had to manually uninstall McAfee myself. Not sure if this removes all the necessary files though. And by some miracle, Norton seems to have installed correctly.

@teadrinker68 @bt_uk I've got @BT and the service is generally poor. The broadband speed halved at the start of lockdown, the home network is rubbish and the TV box is so slow. They keep promising fibre but I'm going with Virgin.
